Where is that information? If I look into support, it simply shows the serial #.
Apple uses Igram Micro (Harrisburg, PA) for supply chain distribution on the East Coast/Mid Atlantic. Harrisburg, PA will be the point of origin for those orders associated.
Wahoo! I was able to find my tracking number by looking up my cell on ups.com. The phone is in TN! Scheduled to arrive 9/19 via next day air.
Anyone not have any charges on there card yet? Im not talking about a hold I mean not having anything show up for apple under history of purchases on your debit/credit card.
Has anyone's order updated to anything further than Preparing for Shipment on Apple's Order Status page?
Yup. My 6, which I was invoiced for on Sunday, has a full charge. 6+ still has a preauth , but I just got my serial number about 10 minutes ago. Should see it flip to an actual charge shortly.
I'm on the west coast though. I just hope it gets moving so I can set it for will call pickup in time.

i was able to get the serial number for my iphone 6, but im still unable to track it using a reference number:S
Then most likely yours will be coming out of Rialto, Ca like mine. Do you have tracking already, or still trying to retrieve that?
I wish that I could get them to do that for me. They've refused even though the truck hadn't left the facility and they've could have brought it out to me. They said that their contract with apple requires them to make one delivery attempt. Good for you!

Were you able to use a reference # on UPS website to obtain your tracking info? The UPS site shows us: Shipped By UPS Next Day Air®. Once you have your tracking number (as I understand it) you can call you local hub to arrange Will Call.

Strange...both UPS and that site do show my phone number, but also another reference number that I have no idea what it is.
Same boat here. Tried plugging my phone number at ups.com's tracking, no love.
Starting to worry a little. Will worry more if I still can't by Thursday of this week (Store says "Preparing for Shipment, Delivers 9/19").
I agree with this person. I'm in Oregon and mine is in Rialto also. I can't wait to see it get past Preparing for Shipment with Apple!
not necessarily. Apple has a specific contract with ups and if you are not a my choice member the same day will call may not be available due to the contract instructions. I pay 40 or 45 a year for my choice premium just so I can have multiple options for my packages. IE 2 hour delivery window, leave at a neighbor, deliver to a store, or even same day will call pickup. So to answer your question maybe depending on apple's specific terms in the contract. I was able to already submit my mychoice same day will call request successfully.
Yes, it shows in UPS as label created but nothing else other tracking site says it's in Harrisburg, PA.
I tried that they told me even though the labels created it's not in their hands yet and they can't do anything until it gets moving. It shows Next Day Air for me too.
