missed tracking from china though, that was so fun with iPhone 5!!

your bank or card has just released the hold, its fine, every bank or card has different hold times

Your bank released the authorization, but Apple hasn't finalized billing yet. This is normal.

yes, set up an account with apple support then add the serial number to your new apple account and then you will be able to see everything, if you have iTunes you should already have an apple account so you can just use that too
 
My cover that I received yesterday still shows as payment pending on my account.

I dont have iPhone anywhere on my payment tho :( I guess this means I'm not likely to be one of the lucky ones that miraculously gets one on 19th.

is the ship date friday? if you ordered early on 9/12, and have a ship date for 9/19 then you will be fine, the bulk of pre order phones seem to be in US

Mine shows the same thing i ordered gray but it shows white. Would not be too worried.

did you upgrade to choice plus? it should be there, it takes one second to call them too btw, i normally can't deal with waiting but they always seem to pick up - HTH

i ordered gold haze and picture is white too :)
 
anyone who got one or more phones and chose one of them to pickup in store seen any type of action on the in store pickup one? My ship is fine has tracking, charge finalized and all. The in store pickup one just says processing for in store pickup 9/19. Pre auth is still on my account. Anyone else in the same situation?
 
In regards to the pending charge disappearing for some people, relax. I've been through this several times. The charge will show back up once the phone ships out. No need to worry about a thing. :cool:
 
I already had an Apple ID but purchased the phone as a guest.
When I view the order - it shows up - but If i try to see more order details or get my serial number it won't let me. When I try to log in with my apple ID it says

"The signed in account does not have access to this order."

Any ideas?

call apple support through your account and they can add into your account, you want it to be there anyway in case you have any issues
 
My phone shows that it departed China at 11:00 pm on the 15th. And no updates since. Anyone else is this position?
 
Anyone else who actually has tracking still have a phone a China? I would think it is about time to get this guy moving...
 
I got both tracking by looking up my reference number, but only one has been scan and it's in TN. The other one just said label has been created, both are schedule to deliver by 9/19. Anybody got the same thing?
