Mine is still preparing for shipping. I'm in Australia and Friday is less than 6 hours away. Still says deliver by 19/9. I wonder if I'm really going to receive it tomorrow.

Both of mine finally shipped yesterday and they are now in Kentucky. I assume Apple had to ship a bunch of unlabeled phones to the US since the UPS distribution centers in China were packed with orders.
For those who don't have shipping info yet and have a 9/19 date, I wouldn't worry too much. Your iPhone might not be far from your home. Apple is just holding off till the date. They will do overnight shipping if they can. The cost is nothing to them.

Yes, Im also in that Alaska Group. My feeling is that that they are already in Kentucky but have not not been sorted.

Got my shipment notification from Apple. My iPhone 6 is in Louisville KY even though I am in Southern California. I thought I would see it in Rialto.

Just curious, does anyone in the US know when to normally expect FedEx packages? Since it says it should be "delivered by the end of the day" does that mean I have to wake up at 7AM, and watch every entrance to my house (I have multiple ones) all the way until 8PM or something? I don't want to get a "We missed you!" notice and I don't want to leave the phone sitting on the door :\
