Yah, I'm upgrading from the 4S, and this is the first time I've actually preordered a phone instead of waiting for months before getting one. I'm pretty fricken excited :)
From past shipments of other items I've bought from Apple, like my daughters iPad mini in June for her graduating elementary school, it's pretty standard to see no movement, then boom - movement and delivery.


as of now: Southwestern ON, Canada - apple still says preparing to ****, and no luck finding a number that works as a reference number to check at ups or fedex.
 
my label was created on the 15th.

1.3 lbs. anyone happen to remember what the weight was for the package for iPhone 5s last year? i shoulda screencapped
 
Just checked my status on Apple's order page and it's been updated from "Preparing to Ship" to "Shipped". UPS tracking says "1 Business Day Left".

This will be updating from the 4S (my first iphone) for me as well. Just short of 3 years without a hiccup, and the most reliable phone I've ever had. Looking forward to FINALLY having LTE.

My last post was at 3:13, and I did one more email check before going to zzzzzz, and voila, that absolutely lovely shipping notice was in my mailbox. :eek::D :D

NOW I'm excited!!!!! Friday is a LONG ways away. :confused:

Tracking info says a label was made on the 15th. That's it so far. Oh and on my apple acct, it says it was shipped on the 14th... Weird.

Any other Canadians getting their notice?

Are there any chances that some phones could make their way to their new homes today, Thursday? Has that happened in previous years? One can Hope :-D

And now, chances of me being able to sleep are down to none LMAO
 
WTF man I still don't have anything. No shipping email, nothing in my support profile, no results on UPS. :(

Woohoo, both of our phones have shipped, although only one has the Friday delivery date (I'm sure the other will also be delivered on time, though). See the top and bottom entries:

US. Have patience. Apple has a metric a**load of shipment notifications to send out, and I just got my first one (of two) a few minutes ago. :cool:

Oddly enough, the notification I got was for our second iPhone, which was preordered hours after the first.

Did the other phone show up as a September 19th delivery on Apple's site? Is that the Space Grey 6+?

Me too re the 4S. And she's still working great, but, the M8 processor was calling my name, and the bigger screen.

got no email but checked by reference and now it has moved to pa delivery set for friday,also checked apple and it was shipped can't wait!

No, these are plain 6's. The other one is showing up as having been shipped and assigned a tracking number, but there's still no tracking info (not surprising, as the delivery app is showing that). I'm sure they'll be delivered on the 19th, as Apple's really good about that.

(And, yes, Apple finally put the charges through to my credit card, which is now melted down ... :eek:)
