Finally some movement on mine! I was able to request will call now that it is in transit. Currently in Louisville, KY with a scheduled pick up for Friday. :)

No West Coast Movement...Yet?

I wonder if they will send my beautiful 6+ from Rialto to Louisville, to Portland then to my home. It seems that would defeat the reasoning behind placing phones at regional centers around the country, but at this point I wonder. This no movement on the west coast while the China route and the east coast is going crazy is not doing anything for my tracking fetish/addiction.:rolleyes:

you are 3 hours behind us so you could get info soon, they are prob hitting the gold haze grown in callie for now but it will get to you by 19th, does it say 19th? you are set, no worries!
 
Well, my 6 Plus finally popped up in my Support Page! Yay? Still showing no change for the status on the Apple page and UPS still has no record of the phone.
Nevertheless, it looks like I'll be getting my phone tomorrow! :cool:
 
I preordered an iPhone 6+ from AT&T around 3:20am last Friday morning. The initial estimated ship date was less than 10 days. The next morning I received an email confirmation with an estimated ship date of 21 to 28 business days.

Later that night I received a text message and an email from AT&T stating that there was a problem processing my credit card and that I needed to call or visit the Premier website to complete my order. For several days, the phone number given was not taking any calls and the website was down.

I visited an AT&T store Monday morning to resolve the issue. The store employee told me that they couldn't cancel the order, they couldn't provide an estimated ship date, and I couldn't order from Apple because they already committed me to a contract for a phone that they won't deliver. Her only suggestion was that I wait indefinitely for AT&T to send me a phone or cancel my order at their discretion.

I've called the Premier website daily. Today I was able to get through the automated system but I waited over an hour to speak to a representative and no one answered. My estimated ship date is still "pending confirmation" but no one at AT&T will do anything. I've never had to go through something like this before - I can't even cancel the order. Is anyone else going through this? Any suggestions to resolve it?

i had the same problem. go to an AT&T store and have them call for you and sit and wait with you until you get someone on the line. in my case, my debit card had funds but either a computer glitch or an ATT representative screwed all my addresses and zip codes up, having it ship to another state and billed elsewhere but all is squared away. i'm still waiting for my shipment to move from 10/13-10/22 to optimistically friday. haha

Apple sent me two mails that my iPhone was shipped. I couldn't find it on UPS because they've shipped it via DHL Express. :rolleyes:

The tracking number doesn't work though…

next move would be to get a nice manager on phone but i don't know how much power they have over store!!

mine has been 15 mins away for hours on 9/17 but really 5 mins :eek: based on my driving expertise :cool:

I guess if we hear of a UPS Hub break-in by a crazed iPhone 6 owner we'll know it was you :rolleyes:

Mine said "Departed from ZhengZhou" since 9/15 - finally updated to
"Departed from Anchorage, AK" today. Currently tracking the flight it is on (I think) from Anchorage to Louisville.
 
So, my 16gb att 6+ is STILL not showing up in my support profile and tracking with reference doesn't work. You would think apple would email if there was some kind of problem... I'm really starting to worry they've forgotten or overlooked it. :(

Don't worry, both of mine are the same as yours. I suspect either a carier change or paperwork backlog. Apple has never let me down in the past.
 
which website are you guys going to track your delivery? I have a delivery reference from teh Apple site, but theres no tracking info, and going to the UPS site doesnt help either as it says the tracking ID is invalid and I need an account?
