Finally some movement on mine! I was able to request will call now that it is in transit. Currently in Louisville, KY with a scheduled pick up for Friday.

I wonder if they will send my beautiful 6+ from Rialto to Louisville, to Portland then to my home. It seems that would defeat the reasoning behind placing phones at regional centers around the country, but at this point I wonder. I preordered an iPhone 6+ from AT&T around 3:20am last Friday morning. The initial estimated ship date was less than 10 days. The next morning I received an email confirmation with an estimated ship date of 21 to 28 business days.
Later that night I received a text message and an email from AT&T stating that there was a problem processing my credit card and that I needed to call or visit the Premier website to complete my order. For several days, the phone number given was not taking any calls and the website was down.
I visited an AT&T store Monday morning to resolve the issue. The store employee told me that they couldn't cancel the order, they couldn't provide an estimated ship date, and I couldn't order from Apple because they already committed me to a contract for a phone that they won't deliver. Her only suggestion was that I wait indefinitely for AT&T to send me a phone or cancel my order at their discretion.
I've called the Premier website daily. Today I was able to get through the automated system but I waited over an hour to speak to a representative and no one answered. My estimated ship date is still "pending confirmation" but no one at AT&T will do anything. I've never had to go through something like this before - I can't even cancel the order. Is anyone else going through this? Any suggestions to resolve it?

I've finally got my tracking number
Apple sent me two mails that my iPhone was shipped. I couldn't find it on UPS because they've shipped it via DHL Express.
The tracking number doesn't work though
you may have more luck in ATT thread as we all ordered from apple, if it were me i would walk into ATT store and just have a minor break down, explain that you need the phone as you will be going cross country + so forth, other than that i don't know, sorry!!
btw, i just read an article that ATT was pushing up dates today, try to find article and have that with you when you march in
next move would be to get a nice manager on phone but i don't know how much power they have over store!!

So, my 16gb att 6+ is STILL not showing up in my support profile and tracking with reference doesn't work. You would think apple would email if there was some kind of problem... I'm really starting to worry they've forgotten or overlooked it.![]()
