When the shipment lands at the airport, do ups trucks load them right there and take them to the ups service center or in the morning?

they wait for all the packages scheduled to arrive that day at that particular center via air. After all have arrived they are trucked to the dc and sorted and placed on trucks for delivery.

package tracker says its in rialto, is it the same for you guys?

Yes. Rialto is being left in the dark for whatever reason. Seen people on this thread from LA all the way up to Seattle with the same deal. I kinda remember the same thing happening 2 years ago and panicking but I had it in Portland by noon. Not worried.

I got an e-mail from Apple just now saying they couldn't verify my eligibility and my shipment would be delayed. I also noticed that the pending charge on my AMEX disappeared.

HOWEVER.

When I put my cell number into UPS tracking, I see a shipment did in fact leave Ontario, CA today and is scheduled to appear tomorrow.

Anyone else experiencing this?

no, mine just says label created 9/15, and:
"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

no china, AK, or rialto for me. Its as if on the 15th it was given to ups and then lost.

For those of you who receive stuff thru UPS regularly. After a shipment leaves Orlando, were does it usually go on the way to South Florida (the Hollywood/Ft Lauderdale Area). I was looking for flights out of MCO to FLL in the afternoon and could not find any.

Usually once it is in the state its thrown on a truck and driven the rest of the way. Oddly enough both of mine landed in Jax and appear to be on their way to Orlando via a truck (no outbound flights from Jax anywhere near the time) and then will make the last leg to Tampa late tonight. That is usually how stuff from UPS gets to me though. I usually have everything delivered via ground so the truck ride across the state was expected. I figured with Next Day Air on these packages it would fly into TPA or Clearwater. Even more interesting is how one of my phones made it on the truck and the other one still sits in Jax as we speak :( I'm assuming it just missed a scan.

My wife's iPhone 6 just landed in Long Beach, CA an hour ago for delivery tomorrow. I was near the airport and actually saw the plane landed. Very cool!
My iPhone 6 Plus on the other hand won't be delivered to So-Cal until October 13 or so. Both were preordered on September 12 morning around 6am PST. Hopefully mine gets bumped up.

Left Louisville this morning, arrived at DFW airport this evening, and out to my local hub. Can't wait!

No.

Can't find my package in UPS package tracker. I literally have no more information than I Sunday evening.

Apple order status still says: "processing items".

I'm on hold with Apple...been almost an hour.

I won't be at home tomorrow till 6 and my phone was being shipped there. Just talked to my UPS driver and he said he'd drop it off to me at work before he starts his route in the morning!

Anyone getting a little sentamentle with their "old" phone? I took off her case and let her feel my fingers for one more night.

Anyone else have their phone in Harrisburg? It's going to boston. I wonder if they going to fly it or drive it. Delivery date of 9/19 as well.
