Hi Canadians,

My iphone 6 plus is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. However, I will be at work whole day so I will definately miss the ups.

I remembered there was a "presign for delivery" button on the order details page. However, I could not find it this time. I called Apple, and they sent me a personalized "presign for delivery" form through email. The form was sent in the email body, which to me was not at its form format. I wish they could sent again in attachment. But they told me the form could be only sent once.

Any Canadians here could download your form online? or any friend from the US could sent me a standard form that I could fill out my information in.

64gb 6+, order status: processing items, delivery date: 9/19, no shipping or tracking info whatsoever

Called Apple. Apple guy said (after an hour on hold) that he could see nothing on my order that would hold it up. He checked to see where it was shipping from and said it was shipping from the US. Not sure what that means but it's more info than I had to begin with.

So, I'm hoping it's shipping from within the US to a hub nearby where I work, where it's to be delivered and all shipping will progress late tonight after I am done furiously refreshing my order status page and fall asleep in an outdated iPad/ iPhone 5 electronics and drool filled puddle.

Fat chance, but one can only hope.

More than likely it was in the batch that arrived in the US before pre-orders started. Mine originated in Harrisburg, PA.
 
Oh leave her alone, if you haven't bothered to read her other posts then don't comment. She ordered two phones on the 12th and one is showing up in her support profile and has a tracking number and the other hasn't made an appearance at all so naturally she's anxious and some of us love our phones a lot so we get a little over worked when things don't run smoothly. Everyone is different just cut her some slack.

Thank you for saying that. Turns out, I did have cause to worry. They pushed my order to 9/23 - 9/25 after telling me all day everything was fine. Then I got an email from Apple saying there was a problem with my upgrade eligibility. I called att and they said everything was fine. They called Apple and cleared it all up, but the Apple rep tried to pull some bulls**** and say my order ALWAYS said 9/23!!!!! I'm furious! Im on hold with Apple right now to see if I can at least get a rep to acknowledge that I was supposed to get the phone on Friday. This is the worst I've seen from Apple.

You're not getting it bro, everyone who had their phones delayed was in the exact same position as you.

Rialto shipments will leave tonight to West Coast spots. Harrisburg should be on a plane by now too.

Rialto hasn't updated because everywhere items are going from there are short(ish) distances. It'll change soon.
 
Yep, I'm thinking the same thing. Mine is heading to Arlington.

Reassuring, mine is going to Northern VA so maybe they are trucking ours straight even though other people left, went to Louisville, then came back.

Mine left Harrisburg at midnight. It's somewhere in between there and their local distro center (maybe Laurel, MD?) for me.

I'm in MD and mine left from Harrisburg yesterday as well (though not at midnight, more like mid afternoon). Guessing it's taking the scenic route! :)
 
So when I click on the option to change delivery on the UPS tracking page, I get this:

"Note: Prior to the first delivery attempt, contact the sender to request a change in delivery instructions or to correct your delivery address."

I'm not sure where to find the form :confused:

I read into this a little bit. I think to pre-sign your order status has to be in the "preparing for shipment" phase.

In the shipment notification email I received from Apple there are two links; one says Track Shipment and the other says Pre-sign for Delivery. Do you not have that?
 
Go onto the UPS page. Then click recently tracked and then click More options, track by reference, and type in your billing phone number. That should help

I'm in Md. as well mine left Kentucky @ 2:39pm today and haven't seen another up date. I don't know what the hell UPS is doing


Btw congrats to the Nat's and O's for clinching. Be cool if we're both in the world series
