Ship date changed - South Western Ontario
Hey all, just thought I would share for those waiting still. I ordered at 3:45est on the 12th and was given a ship date between the 1st and 6th of October, my CC got charged yesterday and the status changed from "Processing Order" to "Preparing for Shipment".
I just got my tracking number from apple now and see the shipment on the ground in ZhengZhou, now it is scheduled for delivery this coming monday the 22nd by end of day.
Keep hope folks, looks like they may be promising less but delivering more.

iPhone+ I ordered 3 X iPhone from Apple.com and they are all out for delivery today, but the UPS guy showed up with only one package, would they have two trucks appear at my doorstep today? or are the other ones not going to show up?

The phones aren't all coming from the same place, so it's very possible that they will be delivered separately, it's not a matter of "bad" organization, it's a matter of handling the logistics of shipping 4 million iPhones to customers and retailers alike.
I had a similar experience.... I just got a tracking number just a couple of hours ago... Monday!

I finally got my silver 64GB iPhone 6 about 20 minutes ago. Looks great and feels good in the hand, but I already have a genius bar appointment setup for tomorrow morning...my vibrate/silent switch is broken. I set the switch to silent, and now its stuck that way.
Wish me luck getting it fixed or exchanged at my Apple Store tomorrow.

If its hardware related I would simply demand a brand new phone and if they said no I would say "ok i would like to return this" then just get a new one.

From my experience, Apple Genius bar team are really cool and helpful, i think you should go and kindly ask for a new iPhone, it's better to get a new one than finding more broken pieces and issues later on.
Got my iPhone 6 a few hours ago... actually just past 10 Pacific time. Going from 4" to 4.7" screen already is a big jump for me, I can barely use new phone w/ one hand (yeah I have small hands).
Anyways, I'm digging TouchID and already got LastPass working with it. Now I can log into websites in Safari using LastPass.

I definitely plan on asking to get it replaced...guess I just got a lemon this time around. I just hope my local Apple Store still has some left tomorrow.
To everyone who has their phones already: How does the silent switch feel to you? Does it feel as solid as past iPhones? Hopefully it is only mine that feels fragile.

Yeah that presignature thing is only as good as what the UPS driver delivering wants to do. They reserve the right to disregard and require a signature if they think it is needed. I bet some will be missed for that reason
I got mine an hour and a half ago. The driver said that when he left early this morning the instructions were to accept the presignature release. About noon they got the word that they were not to leave the package without someone being there to sign.
Everything went without a hitch.

Im about to head to a store, any store and try to get a phone, seeing as mine didn't come like it should have today. Ordered a 6+ 128gb sg but I will settle for a 6 128gb any color right now.
you, sir, are not alone. AT&T can eat a bag of dicks since many other folks i know already got their phones (not at&T - they got them through tmobile or in person..........)
