Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

So this originally had a delivery on Tuesday but got switched to Wednesday. Early this morning it had landed in Kansas City and a bit after that was out for delivery on vehicle in Lenexa. I waited patiently all day checking the window every time I heard a vehicle. And then a little while back saw an update that it somehow made it to San Antonio and is on it's way back for delivery tomorrow. :mad:

My order has been updated from Processing to Preparing for shipment but the ETA of three weeks has not changed(10/13-10/20). Will update when it is shipped! :cool::apple:
 
My phone is in Louisville and they're saying I'm gonna get it in Dallas by end of day tomorrow (Thursday)??? That seems hard to believe. Thoughts?

I also have the ETA of 10/13-10/20 and my switched to preparing for shipment. I orderd mine on 9/12 at 3pm west coast time
 
Ordered a 6 plus space grey 128gb Sprint phone on September 12th around 6:30 am Pacific Time. Delivery date is Oct 13 - Oct 20. Status just went to Preparing for Shipment.

I'm in the same boat. I'm in Arkansas and it's sitting at "Import Scan" in Louisville KY with a delivery date of 9/25. It can totally make it down to Dallas in a few hours.
 
Quick update just got a email saying my package was shipped and will arrive the 3rd of October 10 days ahead of schedule
 
Update for me:

iPhone 6 Space-Grey T-Mobile/Unlocked 128GB from Apple Store US:
  • September 19 - Order placed, expected arrival Oct 9 - Oct 14
  • September 24 - Changed to "Preparing for shipment"
  • September 25 - Changed to "Shipped" with no ETA at all. Current status is "ZhengZhou, China 09/25/2014 11:05 A.M. Origin Scan"

This looks like it will land in the US (Alaska?) 3 days from now, that would be Saturday, so I expect it to arrive where I live (WA) sometime around next Tuesday, thus beating Apple's initial shipping estimate by 8-13 days, not bad!
 
Shipping timeline

I ordered two iPhone 6 Plus 128 SG on Sept 12 at 3:55 and 4:05 am EST, shipping in 7 - 10 days, estimate delivery between Oct 1 - 6. It went from processing to preparing to ship last Thursday, the 18th. Today, the 25th, it is out for delivery. So from the time it changes from processing to preparing to ship it takes about a week for delivery. Also, Apples website never changes their shipping estimates of "ships in 7-10 days or 3-4weeks". When the status changes from "preparing to ship" to "shipped" Apple will also give an estimated delivery date (in my case that was the 29th), however, once UPS AND Fed Ex receive it they will notify you of the actual delivery date. Which is usually earlier than Apple's estimate. ##☎️#####

9/12/2014 - 9:20PM Central Time: Ordered my Sprint Iphone 6 Plus. Has always said 3-4 weeks, with delivery date October 13-20.

Have been checking daily, and it always says 'Processing Order', but checked this morning - and like others - have now seen the status change to 'Preparing for Shipment' :cool: No updates to my Apple Support Profile yet. :apple::apple:

I too have an Oct 13 - 20 delivery time frame. I placed the iPhone 6 + order using the online Apple Store at around 6:30 AM EDT on Sept 12.

My order when to 'Preparing for Shipment' yesterday and has not changed from that today, so far. I've tried to track by reference, but it didn't work when I put in the phone number of the phone and the main phone number.

Yesterday my status changed from processing to preparing to ship but no tracking number or new delivery day

Today this morning checked again changed to shipped and got a tracking number for UPS but it's not in there system is that normal and also new est delivery day of Oct 3 ##
 
Yay. My 6 is shipping! Looks like i'll have it by the 3rd.

At the speed they are getting these suckers out, I would say it's normal to have a tracking number and it not yet be in UPS's db.

Hell yea my friend order thru the sprint website earlier then and he still don't an update
 
Wow, I would highly recommend holding your packages for pickup. Look at the movement and how quickly my phone got to my UPS facility.

It went all the way from Korea to Alaska to Louisville to Dallas in a matter of 24 hours! Just got notified that my phone is ready to be picked up at my local UPS facility :D:D:D

They charged my card today also, but I was initially given an October 13-20th delivery date.

:) Still like my iPad. The phone is great for on the go readying, but I love the size of my iPad for sitting on my chair at home and reading. Looking forward to an Air, my wife has one and my 4th gen feels like a brick compared to it (not to mention the 1st gen surface we have, that feels like a bag of bricks :p ).
 
I've been checking like every 5 minutes for a status update. Still processing...I feel like this:
