Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

Using the iPad app I was able to get the 6+, Silver, 64gb., AT&T Wouldn't let me order it through the iPhone app though. Might be an option for those with both?

That was a mess lol. Kept trying to select gold but nothing was happening when I pressed SELECT, so I tried silver and got through.

iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Silver. :D
 
Yes, got one off of the App store app on my iPhone, a 6+ 128GB. It's saying unavailable now and I need to order one more. Damn it.
 
I'm now doubting if I celebrated too early. Got the email but title says my order is being processed with all the identifying info. Does that mean it's secured? First time pre-ordering through Apple.

I got through about 5 mins ago on the Apple store App. I think Gold 6+ 64gb and 128gb never existed. Came up immediately "unavailable". Went with the Space grey 64gb 6+. I may have botched my order though. Nearly everything showing sold out though now.
 
Looks like the gold 64 is delayed in shipping. It also looks like all colors for 128GB are delayed as well.
Not sure why Apple is making so few gold devices every year. The same happened with 5S

Once it went live, I clicked Pre-Order, selected my phone, clicked add to cart (or continue or whatever...don't remember). It took about 3-4 tries to get the cart to show up properly. Once it went to the cart, I was able to select my Next plan, confirm payment and order (selecting the two checkboxes to confirm the terms, etc). Got confirmation email within 10 seconds of order completion.
 
Apple Store app to the rescue. 6 Plus 128 GB Space Gray ordered; shipping 9/19. :)
 
Shipping dates already slipping (6+ 128gb Space gray - i wanted 64gb, oh well). Was able to get order through via the app and it says to pick up on the 19th in the store, otherwise Oct 4-10th.

Now to explain to my hubby that I had to buy the one that was $100 more. ;)

Shipment 1 Delivers: 9/19 by Standard Shipping.

Only AT&T 6 available when I purchased mine was gold 64gb. Not my first choice, but I got it through the app. I had to start over 3 times and enter my cc code twice, but it worked!
 
For those who keep getting "Currently unavailable", just keep clicking one of the buttons, like Space Gray or the size you want, until it allows you to order. Just got mine through!
