I kept refreshing the website but never got in so I used the app instead.
Every step of the way I'd get "an error has occurred please try again later" so I would retry and eventually got through the process!

Finally was able to reserve one for in-store pickup on launch day. Let's hope there's no hiccups with that.
As far as I know, nobody has been able to order a T-Mobile version
I think you are correct. Only ATT, Sprint, and Verizon seem to be working... Can anyone confirm they've been able to purchase a T-Mobile version?
Just to note, T-Mobile customer service opens at 3:00 am PST.

after using the app for 20 minutes and getting "unavailable", it finally worked about 12:35am. After that, was pretty painless....
Used the app for iphone 5 2 years ago, too. It seems to always be the best option.
FWIW, iPhone 6 Space Gray 64gb AT&T. I had the option to pick up on the 19th at an apple store or have it shipped to arrive the 19th, so chose shipped.

Same here. By the looks of it, everyone who has purchased it has gotten it at the subsidized rate in the US.
Finally got it ordered... iPhone 6, 64GB AT&T, one space gray and one gold. Both deliver 9/19. Used Apple App - I ordered on my phone and my wife ordered on her iPad. Just kept force closing the app and re opening until it finally let us add to cart. Got errors at a couple of other steps like confirming our CVV codes, but kept trying and it finally went through. Good night and good luck folks.
After 47 minutes, I finally got my order placed through the iPhone app. 64gb Space Gray AT&T. Delivers 9/19. Paid full price though the only things I'm confused about in the confirmation email is that it shows a 2 year contract and $40 upgrade fee. I assume neither holds true since I paid full retail.
Only other concern is that while the billing and shipping addresses are the same, my mom who is the account holder is listed as the name on the shipping info while my name is on the billing address. I think it was like this for the i5 preorder and I didn't have a problem so I should be all good this go around.

That was a mess lol. Kept trying to select gold but nothing was happening when I pressed SELECT, so I tried silver and got through.
iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Silver.
Complete opposite for me. I was going for Silver and it was unavailable. Went for Gold and sailed through. Same config as you.
Still nothing with store or app. App continues to say unavailable to every model. This is ****.
