Yes. This is how I ordered my 64gb SG AT&T 4.7". I am trying to order a Gold 128gb Verizon but am not having any luck.
What a pita!!
I finally got the app on my phone to go through. Phone and ipad were different for some reason.
First it wouldn't let me order saying the bill was overdue. Wtf! So I checked Att and my wife was as of midnight a damn day late. So I had to process that payment quick from my phone and then go back to the app on my phone and keep toggling to finally get a 128g grey 6.
I didn't even want that size but nothing else was coming up for me.
This amazes me that the whole time the site is down and two diff ios devices in the same app show differing info when trying to order.
All is said and done, but what a royal pain! iPhone 5 was done in less than 3 mins when released.

Told me they removed the phone from my cart, but that wasn't the case. I was still able to checkout and get a confirmation number, and an order processing email.

Took 45 minutes but finally got 3 of them (1 Plus 64GB Space Gray, 2x 4.7 16GB Space). All done through AT&T. I got confirmation screens that I took screenshots for. Anyone ordered from AT&T get an email yet? Checking order status says nothing but it says it can take 24 hours to show up.

I did mine through the iPhone app. But didn't get 9/19 delivery for some reason.

i don't think you can cancel an order. you'll have to deny delivery.
Finally managed to grab a silver + 64 gb by using the iPad app.
The trick was to go through the preorder and not the check upgrade screen and hammering it through.

Ok. So the live feed of the unveiling of this thing was a disaster and the watch that was shown isn't available for 4-6 months and now the website doesn't work ... Isn't this supposed to be a technologically advanced company? Things are really slipping.

Hopefully it's the 19th, I recall they give a blanket date within Canada, But I'm in the GTA and have always received my product the day of release!
Had to use Visa, wanted to use my Apple financial card, but it wouldn't let me in the iPad app.
Oh well, just gotta pay it sooner.

Yes. Hit the check eligibility button. Took some persistence but finally got it to give me what I wanted. 128 gold plus 9/19. If it says unavailable to back and go back in. Click through different configurations and some will say 9/19. Just kept trying till it was there then hit add to cart. Still trying to get a space gray for the wife but no luck yet.
Edit. Took another 10 minutes to get the space gray 64 4.7" to say 9/19. Add to cart and got it done. The only time this was worse was for the iPhone 4.

I was able to pre - order the phone through the Apple store app, iphone 6 64GB space gray ATT, delivers by 9/19 total charged was $319.93 . I need to make sure to call Apple and change the delivery address
