Mine arrived in Korea yesterday and left today, hopefully they either have your scans messed up or it will be here Friday. A lot of people here started with 10/1, slipped to 10/2, then to 10/3, then to 10/6 and now are back to 10/2.

Still nothing. This is so ridiculous. I ordered at 5 am eastern 9/12. All these people complaining who ordered 9/21 and 9/24 are really getting me worked up. This preorder has no order whatsoever to it. I would honestly be happier without a preorder and just taking my chances ordering for in store pick up around me than go through this hell again.

Well, I guess my tracking was just wonky. Looks like my phone made it out of Hong Kong after all. The "exception" I had earlier has disappeared and I now have an arrival scan in Anchorage! My delivery date has moved from 10/6 to 10/2!

Just landed in AK and now says it will be delivered today (From Monday, even though it shows was scheduled for tomorrow. Will not see it until Friday at the earliest.

UPS is really messing up these days....
UPS tracking vs. Flight Tracking.
Mine was holding at a status of "Import Scan" since yesterday it was updated @ 4:21 PM EST with status of "Departure Scan" which coincided exactly with the departure time of Flight UPS2876 on Live Flight Tracker. I'm watching status as I do w/ FindMyiPhone when my wife is on the road. Keep watching the Anchorage flights & good luck to all!

+1. This is the first and last time I do this as well. Preorder system is a terrible joke, and according to our friend who talks about the forecast, my order is very close to be cancelled (next monday I will update this). I guess I will have to resign to use iOS 8 in my old iPad 4.
Hang in there, it seems like some delivery dates are changing,10/6 back to 10/2.

The flights to Chicago do not seem promising for my "scheduled" delivery tomorrow. I don't even see any going there. Maybe my search criteria is bad?

No problem. Judging from others' posts it looks like the turn around time in Anchorage is pretty quick...there don't seem to be many delays from there. I think it's Louisville we have to worry about.
And I'm in Phoenix. It looks like UPS' Louisville to PHX flight departs around 5p and gets into PHX around the same time due to time difference. I don't think that bodes well for the probability of LOU>PHX>My Apartment happening in 1 day.
You on the other hand might be a bit luckier as it looks like the LOU to Philly flight happens early in the AM. Should give the UPS facility plenty of time to get the trucks out w/ your phone in them.
Alas, I live far enough outside of the city I will have to wait until Monday as well. It will stop at King of Prussia before it goes out to my house. I wonder if there is any way I could just pick it up from the UPS center on Friday or even Saturday. Do you know if you have to make special arrangements in order to do that?

This is a replacement phone for the one I was supposed to have delivered to my house on 9/19 that got lost (read:stolen) by FedEx. Never ordering through AT&T again. A lot of people on here complaining about UPS but I much prefer them to FedEx.
It was nice being able to trace the HKG>ANC flight. I'm terrible at Flight Aware though. If you could post the link to the ANC>SDF flight when we get our departure scans it would be most appreciated! (SDF=Louisville Int'l)
EDIT: Just noticed delivery date was updated to 10/2. Not sure how that makes sense, but now I'm really hoping I will get this thing by the end of the day on 10/3 somehow!
