Ahh it's late and I'm tired.
Although as I posted earlier I've been through a similar chain of events with UPS.

im not surprised. as you might have noticed if you've seen my other posts, i hate UPS

My iPhone is scheduled for delivery tomorrow (10/2) and I was one of the people that had it stuck in Alaska for 2 days. My phone is on the flight to Louisville tonight. My question is that I didn't get a conformation email from UPS saying my phone is coming tomorrow. Will I still get it? I live in Missouri, so I'm about 200 miles from Louisville.

Have pretty much the same exact tracking. Just off by a minute or two. I'm resigned to the fact that the phones are gone and we will be starting over tomorrow at the order received stage with delivery being right at the back end of the original estimate. For me that will be 10/20. Doubt they will make that but for now that's what they will say.

Here's my long winded guess of how I think it went down:

Phones were in shipment that was supposed to arrive in Korea.
When plane landed in Korea they realized that pallet was missing.
Thinking they forgot to load it in China, they send out exception to customer and figure out when they can get it on next plane.
Send customer new date (in my case 10/6 instead of 10/2)
After telling China to add pallet to next manifest, China UPS crew spends next few hours looking for pallet.
China realizes after futile search that the pallet of iPhones has walked out the back door.
UPS contacts Apple and although they accept responsibility, there are no replacements to be had immediately. Apple tells them they will let them know when they can replace an entire pallet.
UPS sends customer new exception that says they have no idea when they will deliver.
That's where it stands now.

Apple will tell UPS in morning it will be 10-14 days for replacement.
I'll wake up to 10/20 delivery estimate tomorrow.
I hope that I'm wrong but all signs point to the original phones already being used in another country by the end of the week.

Until I hear a better explanation, I'm sticking with your story.

I still have an "exception" notice on my listing, but they removed the "could not load plane as scheduled" notation. I initially had monday set as the deliver date, but when they removed the notation, it got switched to friday. So much fun to be had with all of this...

About 30 minutes ago they removed the "unable to load the package on the plane" completely, and the green "In Transit" is back (no exception anymore). But with no new update, including no date, so it seems to still be in Incheon Korea.

I got the email that it would be delivered on 10/2 about 18 hours ago, with no update, so very confused...

To the 12:25 missed the plane exception scans. Have you looked lately? My missed plane scan is gone and my shipment progress line is green once again. No delivery date yet in fact the
re-re-re-scheduled delivery date if the 6th is gone too.

There's a flight from Louisville to San Juan at 4:33am and arriving at 8:01am. There's a chance I get delivered today?!

Now I have a departure from Incheon at 1:52pm. It is either going to Hong Kong or Tokyo. We will see in a few hours.

What is the deal with two import scans? And the second one was 20 minutes into the future. Anybody else have this and have any hope of an Oct 2 delivery? I am in St. Louis, only 260 miles away.

Major movement in the last 24 hours--

As you can see, my phone hung in Zoo-land for days, travelled to Korea then back to the Zoo and hung some more. Between last evening and this afternoon it went from China to Korea to Alaska then Louisville and finally to Seattle where it was tucked in for an early bed time. Tomorrow I expect will be an early day-- a quick flight up to Vancouver before being trucked up to the Okanagan. I expect I'll have my phone by Friday AM.

For what it's worth, mine went from Louisville earlier today to Los Angeles (that's good) but then to Sylmar to the north of where I live. I'm about half way between LA and Sylmar. Mostly UPS shipments go to Ontario (LA area). This is a mystery BUT either way, it's about an hour of commuter flight to the nearest UPS hub and (hopefully???) delivery tomorrow?????

Good luck with delivery tomorrow. Mine just landed in Louisville. Hoping it catches a ride to Oakland or other nearby facilty tonight for a delivery to me in the Bay Area in the morning!

Day 3 of languishing in Preparing for Shipment Land. I'm resting on a contoured plastic bed inside a coffin, tightly packed with other coffins in a huge block, bound with miles of cellophane. The oxygen is starting to run out. I'm really tired of Chinese food and wish for a nice Korean meal - maybe a cook-it-yourself bulgogi. Mostly, though, I just have to pee. Badly.

I have no idea when they will let me out of here...

I tried that and it still says mine will be delivered October 2nd. # hope it stays that way.

If you're a part of UPS My Choice, you could also just click on the "Select 2-hour delivery window". The window that pops up asking you to pick a time and payment method will have the delivery day also.

I had a schedule delivery info error as well for a couple of hours but is now cleared up. My delivery date shows up now for being end of day tomorrow/Thursday.
Hope you all who had scheduled delivery errors are cleared up as well...

Maybe just maybe since we just that 220p departure from ICN....omigosh in reaching sill actually thinking I'll wake up to on local truck for delivery.

I don't any ups flight leaving from ICN, so I don't think it is possible....

Every time I see someone getting their, phone, my heart just pounds and I wanna a look at the ups status. But every single time, I have to face the reality it's in ICN, could not be shipped....and now I have to wait at least until next week to get it, even though I was scheduled for 2nd
