People wanting to use the full site to order the T-Mobile carrier free version are so screwed. This is so un-Apple like.

Actually the same thing pretty much happened 2 years ago. People were able to order thru app while website was down/screwy for a while. Only thing different is AT&T servers actually working this time.

I think you are correct. Only ATT, Sprint, and Verizon seem to be working... Can anyone confirm they've been able to purchase a T-Mobile version?

Just to note, T-Mobile customer service opens at 3:00 am PST.

I logged into the apple store using my Galaxy S5 and ordered 128 GB T-mobile silver Gray iPhone 6 Plus. it worked for me. I have been trying to get into apple site on 3 different computer before that and none of them let me in.

This is ridiculous. A few minutes late I could see, but, over an hour now? No way, a major f-up by apple.
 
I have the loyalty plan with Verizon. Why does it force me to change my verizon plan?

Same here. When I get the phone, I'm gonna complain to Verizon that I purchased the full price and should not have to pay any upgrade fee or change my plan.

This is much worse than when I ordered my iPhone 5. That order was time stamped at 12:43. It's now 1:02 here on the West coast and the Apple Store shows as being down in Safari.

The iPad Apple Store App doesn't list the T-Mobile no-contract phone. This has not been a good week for Apple IT ....
 
Success on AT&T site

Not my first choice, but the iPad app failed to let me check out after choosing my options. The AT&T site after I first logged it, and second I allowed it to load some data after choosing each option. Seemed to help if I went in order top to bottom with the various options (color, size, plan).

Got emails on both orders (ordered two phones in separate transactions) within 4 minutes. So that worked well. After 50 minutes of refresh and error.

Said on the order screen would receive on 9/19 in US. One 64GB Gray, other 128GB silver. Both 6, not plus.
 
Don't give up; I ordered mine about twenty minutes ago through the iPhone app, then my wife's started saying unavailable in all configurations. Through persistence it finally popped up as available again and then the order went through pretty smoothly.

Check your cart if you get stuck somewhere; she had two phones in hers when she went to checkout.

EDIT: We both ordered a Space Grey 128GB iPhone 6 Plus.
 
My order finally went through using the Apple Store App for iPad.

Order completion time: 3:58 AM Eastern Time.

Shipping date: 7 to 10 business days.

Sad, I won't have it on launch day.

I got an iPhone 6 Plus, 128 GB, Space Gray, AT&T.

I am a bit frustrated that they sold out of launch day iPhones in my configuration while still having technical difficulties. I was refreshing the website and the app constantly.
 
Got my second order in for a family member. 128gb iPhone 6 Space Gray for me and 64gb iPhone 6 Silver for her, both AT&T for in-store pickup on 9/19 through the iPad App Store. The iPhone app wasn't working. Already have a temporary $1 charge on my CC for my 128gb phone order.
 
Okay. After an hour of wrangling the Apple Store App I finally got it to show the 6 Plus Space Grey 128 as in stock and got it added to my cart. The shipping date was Oct 1-17th, but it offered me pickup at one of my local Apple Stores on 9/19 so I took that.

About standard for an Apple launch. Off to bed!
 
how come on the App it finally says "delivers 9/19"
but there's no where to click to add to cart? Am I missing something?
