saw there was a 6+ 128gb silver in stock at my local apple store all day. thought no way it would still be there by the time i got out of class. at lunch they were out of stock. when i got home it showed up again. i took my chances and went to the apple store and was so excited only to be told they messed up. they had a stock of 6 pluses in the morning. someone returned theirs after opening the box and an apple store employee scanned it back in as available stock by mistake. left the apple store empty handed.

ordered my AT&T 6+ 64gb silver on 9/20.....still in processing. thought i was going to get lucky today. fooled!

Your tracking is almost identical to my 64 6 Gold. Since I have two orders, they have been a couple of minutes apart. The gold has the 4:19 departure scan and the SG is actually 4:46pm. Seems my second phone was on another pallet that got pulled off for whatever reason. I assume they don't continuously scan after departure to save time? Guess we'll find out in a few hours
 
Day 4 in Preparing to Ship Land. Things are getting a little bleak here. The phone in the box next to me spent a couple hours trying to teach Siri to sing his favorite One Direction songs. She wasn't playing. Now he's asking her about woodchucks. She sounds exasperated. I'm starving and it's getting hot under all the cellophane on this pallet. I no longer have to pee, though. Sometimes ya just gotta go when ya gotta go.

Yes we shall... and as for when the scanning occurs, I always wondered if they did in-air scanning, but your guess is as good as mine.... I just figure that whenever they do, it just takes a bit of time for their servers to get updated with the results.... good luck [to both of us]... :cool:

Why does Apple hate WA?

I've been tracking inventory at seaturtle (http://www.seaturtle.org/idevice/iphone6_grid.shtml) which is pretty darn accurate. It's almost funny how few devices there are in Washington! You scroll down and 6s have random availability across the country until you get the wasteland that is WA...virtually none. If you look at the 6+, it's even worse. This is not a random occurrence. For the past week and a half this has been remarkably consistent! Hardly any in WA! Where's the love?!?!? I'd love to cancel my 9/19 order to pick one up in store...

OR is pretty bad too...some NW bias? ;-)

Same since Hong Kong. Before that mine was 2nd and then the 6th. I'm going to lean on the optimistic side and affirm that we're going to get ours no later than the end of business Monday. But, then again, I'm going to live on the edge and say Business day tomorrow, because I'm adventurous like that! :D

They arrived in Louisville last night and could have hopped on the flight last night so I would have gotten them on the scheduled date (10/02) but 1 day isn't so bad...if I have to wait the entire weekend, LOL...might not be as understanding...

For those departing AK, my phone arrived in Louisville at 1:18AM on 10/2 and my delivery was pushed to 10/3 even though it technically could have made the 4 and 5 AM flights to my area. Customs delayed it. So I would not expect same day delivery, in my experience... These are my latest scans.
