I pre-ordered 64gb 6+ SG on the 12th, a few hours after allowed to from the Apple site... AT&T is my carrier. It took till the 27th for a status change to 'preparing for shipment' and another 2 days to get an email with a UPS tracking number. Everyone is different, but if I were to guess, your delay may be related to phone type and/or carrier... just have to be patient and know that any delivery prior to what was expected from the original order is a bonus... good luck.. :cool:

I think I'm on the A Team too! Thank you for all the updates. This thread is hilarious and made the wait much more tolerable. Waiting has been really hard.

Blah. Just looked at flights that go from Louisville to Rockford, and it looks like there is 1 per night.

My assumption is that customs will not process my phone quick enough to make this flight - which unfortunately pushes me back to Monday. :( Fack. :(

Thanks for the info. I ordered a 6+ 64gb SG AT&T on the 12th also, at 4 CDST. I was just curious because most of what I've read is it was taking a day or 2 to go to shipped. From what I've read, this is just the beginning of a confusing trip to the north suburbs of Chicago.

Had delivery pushed from 10/2 to 10/6, but just received UPS email alerting a delivery tomorrow... However I have the same last Departure scan as you, yesterday at 5:15 local out of ZZ.

I got that email too, then subsequently another one saying October 6. Tracking shows the package having departed Anchorage, AK. But no delivery date at all despite the fact that the package is now in the US. The UPS guy on the phone lied to me when he said delivery date info would become available once it was in the US.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm a little pissed though that Apple charged me on Tuesday and I have yet to receive any shipping info...

I'm in the same boat as you as well. Changed to preparing status on Monday evening, charge showed up on my account on Tuesday and still in prep status with no other info as of yet...

When I click on chat in the UPS tracking window, it's still says delivery is October 2, which I obviously didn't happen since it's almost 11 PM. LOL

Att 6+ 64gb SG. I'm also sailing on this boat. Y'all give an update if your status changes. I'm over here just wanting to throw my 5s through the wall every day (well actually minute) when it doesn't change

On a side note...Friend of mine ordered her gold 6+ for Att on 9-12. Received it today. She told me from the day she received shipping information to the actual delivery was only 4 days and we're in Louisiana. So there's hope and some good cases out there.
 
I need some opinions. I preordered a gold 6 64GB and received it, but have been tempted by the plus. I finally snatched one for full price from an Apple Store nearby. Let's just say it was a hefty price to pay as I used my upgrade for the 6. I'm kind of torn on what I should which includes the following ideas:

1. Return the 6 and let my upgrade eligibility return and then order a 6+ from Apple using my upgrade pricing and wait however long it takes to get a 6+ from Apple.

2. Keep the 6, as the return deadline is tomorrow, and sell it for around full retail price and counter the costs of the off contract 6+.

I also have my 5s to sell and I'm selling my iPad mini bc after using a 6+ I am okay with giving it up based on my usage habits. I would prefer to return both phones and order using my Verizon upgrade pricing, but it looks like if I order it from the Apple Store I will be waiting quite a long time.

Key point: I am on Verizon unlimited and if I upgrade and pick up in store I'll lose it. If I upgrade and have it shipped to me then I can just insert my current sim and not lose my unlimited plan. That is what is causing me to ask what you guys might do in this scenario. As always, thanks for the advice.
 
I am hoping my 128GB space grey 6+ is here tomorrow but realistically thinking Monday. Left Anchorage at 3:17. Still no delivery date listed. I am in Northern California.

Yeah, I have learned more geography and airports in this "iPhone" trip than my whole life.:D Anyway, hope it goes through customs quickly because the last flight to Illinois leaves in an hour, or I would have to wait for next monday, which would really suck...:mad:
