Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

I don't know what UPS did, but THANK YOU! Ever since Wednesday night, Thursday morning my phone has been on a one way ticket to be delivered. Here is a brake down of my experience so far for those who are waiting.

So as you can see, once it hit the states, it screamed to get here. It seems like UPS got their stuff in gear, I have a feeling the thousands of calls they were receiving might have actually made a difference, but it's just speculation.

Anyway, happy to be receiving my phone today, 3 days earlier than Apple guesstimated, and 2 weeks earlier than originally promised. Hope this helps anyone else out there waiting. I'll be honest I didn't think I would get it till Monday due to it not getting into KY until this morning, but they had some hustle in them today. :)
 
Oops

A team member just got a notice that they put my phone on the WRONG PLANE out of Louisville.... You couldn't make this stuff up... Now it is saying a 2 business day delay... Losing my mind over here...

Ugh..I feel your pain. This entire experience has been horrible.
 
What does this mean?

Can someone tell me why I'm showing an "early delivery" date and then and "original delivery" date. Does that mean that the phone will be here on the 9th for early delivery or will it be delivered on the 14th?
I really hope it's the 9th because the 13th I will be flying to Miami and it would suck to not have the phone for another two weeks! Lol Screen Shot 2014-10-03 at 10.34.02 AM.png

I wish they would just update mine with the same already. I'm pretty sure mine will be delayed until tomorrow as well. But seeing that on the screen would make me feel a little more secure. :p

Hey, I got the exact same thing. I think we should have it at the latest by next Friday. What phone have you ordered? and where do you live?

So I started to name each of us in each post, and we finally became the "A Team". Currently, most of us can say that our phones are together, stuck in Louisville due to bad weather.
Z team is a way that one of our fellow members refers to his own tracking information because he hasn't seen any movement for his phone, but hopefully things will start to move soon.
I know this can be a little weird and everything, but we actually have had a great time posting news about our tracking information to give hope to others.

Aww thanks for explaining. I have been reading it for a while and just decided to join. I also think I am on the Z team because my phone just shipped today and its still in China

Close. I ordered 6+ Gold 64GB on 9/26 and my estimated dates are Oct. 27-Nov3.

My wife ordered a 6 on the same day and hers is delivering by next Wednesday.

The wait is killing me.

Yippee! Yahooey!! My phone as of 8 am is on truck and out for delivery! Thank you all again for the company on this wild ride. The pre-sign delivery note is in place. Going to try and stop and check at lunch.
 
Even though I got a message saying my package will be later today, I just got an update saying that my package will actually be on Monday.

*sigh*

I have felt your pain. I got 3 emails saying that I would get my phone on these respective days. But no dice. I will get mine today finally.
 
Does anyone know if there is anyone left that ordered on the 12th that hasn't received their phone or at least a tracking number? Please tell me they have finally finished processing orders from the first day of preorders!
