Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

Originally ordered through Verizon - then Apple - canceled all orders.

Best Buy took orders for less than a week - 9/23-9/27 (I believe).

We ordered with them - received two iPhone 6+'s (64GB) in 5 days.

Our BB store had plenty of stock for people walking right in. - Just FYI. However, they will not share over the phone that they have inventory; we were told they always tell people that call in that they don't have any.

I don't know what UPS did, but THANK YOU! Ever since Wednesday night, Thursday morning my phone has been on a one way ticket to be delivered. Here is a brake down of my experience so far for those who are waiting.

So as you can see, once it hit the states, it screamed to get here. It seems like UPS got their stuff in gear, I have a feeling the thousands of calls they were receiving might have actually made a difference, but it's just speculation.

Anyway, happy to be receiving my phone today, 3 days earlier than Apple guesstimated, and 2 weeks earlier than originally promised. Hope this helps anyone else out there waiting. I'll be honest I didn't think I would get it till Monday due to it not getting into KY until this morning, but they had some hustle in them today. 🙂

A team member just got a notice that they put my phone on the WRONG PLANE out of Louisville.... You couldn't make this stuff up... Now it is saying a 2 business day delay... Losing my mind over here...

What does this mean?

Can someone tell me why I'm showing an "early delivery" date and then and "original delivery" date. Does that mean that the phone will be here on the 9th for early delivery or will it be delivered on the 14th?
I really hope it's the 9th because the 13th I will be flying to Miami and it would suck to not have the phone for another two weeks! Lol

I wish they would just update mine with the same already. I'm pretty sure mine will be delayed until tomorrow as well. But seeing that on the screen would make me feel a little more secure. 😛

I have been in preparing for 3 days. And I was in processing for 15 days
I think apple moved us to preparing stage to Stop us from changing our mind and buying Note 4 which was released today

I really hope you get your phone. Don't go over to the dark side. Mine shipped today. Keep the hope alive.

When I first entered this thread, I started to look at the tracking info that some members were publishing, and realized that that info was pretty much the same that mine. So I started to name each of us in each post, and we finally became the "A Team". Currently, most of us can say that our phones are together, stuck in Louisville due to bad weather.
Z team is a way that one of our fellow members refers to his own tracking information because he hasn't seen any movement for his phone, but hopefully things will start to move soon.
I know this can be a little weird and everything, but we actually have had a great time posting news about our tracking information to give hope to others.

My wife ordered a 6 on the same day and hers is delivering by next Wednesday.
