I've been looking for the Live Chat for UPS Canada but could not located it. This is why I called in.

even @UPShelp has given me the silent treatment, after offering to help. 45 mins, no response.

I think I left the speechless on how craptacular their logistics are.

Not sure about the UPS Canada page but this is what my tracking looks like. Live Chat link is on the bottom left of the page

No live chat in Canada at least on my package tracking page.

Received my 6 plus 128 gb around 11:30 eastern :) so glad the wait is done. Hang in their guys this phone is worth it.#

Ordered the exact same phone/carrier via apple just one day later than you. I'm also in SF. I've been preparing to ship for over 4 days now... ;) Please share what you think of your new baby when you get it! :)

Please hang in there people whoever their packages are rescheduled/or any delays.. Thanks for everyone sharimg good and bad news.. I want to share mine too..

Now I have to wait till Monday which is what I expected anyway after all the delays in China, which I'm fine with.... Hope everyone gets theirs on the day they expect and remember, even if UPS changes your delivery date to unknown, it may, in fact, make it on the date they originally stated.... Cheers! :cool:

Hey PaulC, you can call them right away and ask them to hold your phone at the warehouse tonight when the truck gets back and pick it up this evening around 7:30pm. At least that's how it works with my local UPS warehouse. Give it a try, what have you got to lose?

Where are you located, cbushing?

Did you get the weather exception notification too? If you did, What is the current status of your tracking info?

Please let us know, we are in the dark here...
