Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

When I left my house this morning, I had no delivery date but an arrival scan at the airport very close to my work. I really thought my delivery date would be moved to 10/6. I just checked my tracking and I am out for delivery!

Sending good vibes to everyone that is still waiting! :)

I got convinced by my husband to switch to the 6 because the 6 Plus was talking FOREVER to ship since I was still in processing for almost 2 weeks. He thinks the plus will be too big for me but I'm tall, 6'0, so I think I should be fine. I have to wait to see the 6 and play with it a little but I think I might try to change it for the plus once I get my hands on it and feel it out. The phone was ordered on Oct 1st and we live in south Texas.

iPhone 6 to 6 Plus

Has anyone here ordered the 6 and changed to the 6 Plus and are happy with the change? Or know anyone that has? I'm really starting to regret getting convinced in buying the regular 6 instead of the plus because of the ridiculous wait time. :mad::mad::mad: And if the phones are ordered online is there no way to make the change at an apple store? Or can it really only be returned and changed online?

Its been over 5 hours and i still haven't heard anything the last thing i got from UPS was

That's why I've had a UPS Store mailbox for 15 years (Started out as Mailboxes Etc). They sign for everything, and I don't have to wait at home for packages.

I got the iPhone 6 space gray 64gb ATT. Ordered on Sept 30. I live in NY. Lemme know if you get any progress. Seems like our phones are together

Anything could change between now and the 9th, LaQuillera. Mine started off just like yours (ZhenZhoung China, Delivery date October 2).

I was biting my nails all this week as it zipped through ZZ China, then Korea, and then pushed to 10-6, and then to Hong Kong, and then no specific date, and then Ankorage Alaska, and then Louisville, and then a new date of today... and now it's on the truck!! So, I expect to get it today!! :)

No... iPhones don't come with SIM cards, unfortunately...

It doesn't matter if you get the 6 or 6 plus. There is a wait time on both. Actually, from what I learned there was more of a wait time on the 6 plus than the 6.
 
Dear whoever on the same boat as me:
Ordered 64G 6+ Gold AT&T upgrade thru apple store app on 12th at 12:00pm pst.

I live SF and Oakland is just a Bridge away from me..!

I would say I was pretty luckier than others who's shipments are stuck at ICN or HKG.. Very fun cities to stay for few days but not for the package! I was so anxious to see mine stuck at Shanghai for 3 days but now its on its way..

Please hang in there people whoever their packages are rescheduled/or any delays.. Thanks for everyone sharimg good and bad news.. I want to share mine too..

Hey guys. I'm in Italy and they shipped my 2 6+ today from ZhengZhou. Is ZhengZhou still a problem?

Hi, gerpage.

I successfully ordered 9/12, received tracking number last 9/26, in this moment I have an exception notification due to bad weather, but some of our A Team who received the same exception notification are currently scheduled to receive their devices. At least there is some hope... Yet the website currently still says we're to receive the devices tomorrow (See image attached below).

I'll post any news I get during the day. Thanks!

The T-Mobile iPhone comes with a T-Mobile SIM. You can sign up for service directly from the phone when it arrives. However for the $30 plan (100 minutes talk, unlimited text, 5GB LTE 4G data) there is a missing printed card with a number on it needed to order. I was able to convince a rep on the phone to let me sign it up for the 5s I bought last year, but I'm taking no chances this year and bought a $10 SIM from T-Mobile.

I ordered a T-Mobile iPhone 6 (64GB, Space Grey) October 1 and it shipped the next day, so no wait on this 6 even though the Apple site said 7-10 days when I ordered.

It might be Deviant... I went from ZhengZhou to Korea back to ZhengZhou... But, i believe that it was more virtual logistics than physical logistics... I finally made it to Hong Kong and then to Anchorage Alaska... You're just going to have to watch and accept your fate as they hand it to you... LOL We all did.

Check the live chat. For me, its always has the most up to date delivery date. My tracking shows a delay but live chat says I should expect a Saturday delivery. Worth looking at if you haven't done so already
