Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

I'm happy to report that my iPhone 6+ is out for delivery. Hopefully everyone on the 'A' Team will have a successful delivery today as well. I hope all goes well for the 'Z' team and everyone else who are patiently, I mean, impatiently awaiting delivery of their new iPhones.
Glad you got your phone. I just picked mine up from UPS. When I noticed the plane was late from the thunderstorm I did a chat and asked UPS to keep the phone for customer pickup. Worked out well.
I hope everyone else, waiting on today, got their phones. For the others, hopefully you'll get them soon.
Team A & B here... Had two phones ordered. One is scheduled for delivery today and the other is "Exception." I don't believe it has anything to do with the east coast. I think it was the import scan in Louisville. My phones are examples. Their import scans were 22 minutes apart and they were on the last two flights last night.
The delivered phone got the import scan at 3:36am and was able to make the connecting flight to Texas, (even with bad weather.) This was on flight 81, second to last flight in to Louisville last night.
The "Exception" phone got the import scan at 3:58am and missed the flight to Texas that would have gotten it here on time. This was on the last flight in to Louisville, (flight 105??)
In short, I think those of us who were on the last flight didn't make the import scan in time to guarantee delivery for 10/3 THUS we wait...

I actually prefer your conspiracy theory to the bad weather excuse. Plain and simple, if your theory is true, our sixies will arrive home by tomorrow. However, if the weather theory is true... Well, let's say it's most likely they wouldn't dispatch them neither tomorrow, because the storm doesn't seem to be something that will pass from one day to another.
In my case, it gets even worse. This phone has to reach home by monday. Otherwise, it's no phone for me: I'll leave US soil on tuesday, so... No monday, no phone.
In the end... Like my grand pa used to say... "Only time will tell". Let's keep crossing our fingers.

Ha... I wish I had that on my UPS screen. If you miss them, just do a pick-up after 5 in the AV center. The guys over at the UPS center in AV are quite nice.

I ordered a Plus, 64, Space Grey in the afternoon on the 12th, I'm in Canada. My estimated delivery was the 16th - 23rd of October.
I finally was able to reserve a phone at my local store and went to cancel, this was 2 days ago now, and saw that my phone was "Preparing to Ship".
Called later that day and was told that it should only take 24-48 hours to move from that status, waited another day and it hasn't changed. Called back to get a rep who I swear was just reading from a script and quoting all the dates I've seen countless times.
I've tried the UPS and FedEx reference number tricks (Order number minus the last 2 numbers, phone number associated with the order) and I'm getting nowhere.
It's really frustrating, as I was even having second thoughts about not getting the 128gb version, but now my hands are totally tied.
I can't even go into the chat, as all my AppleCare warranties are up and I'd rather not risk trying to make this my "exception" for the charge.
Help...?

Shows Import Scan the next day 10/03/2014 10:21 A.M. Import Scan, no movement since. Anyone else have this problem. This morning showed a delivery of Monday, now it shows Scheduled Delivery: Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later.

If you check flightaware, you should find the flight out of Louisville to your regional center. Most flights are either early early AM or late afternoon / mid-evening.
Also, there was a whole slew of shipments that couldn't get out of Louisville last night because of a storm so UPS upgraded everyone affected to saturday delivery. You might be one of those.
