be happy, it will all work out, i spoke to att, apple.com, apple store and they all said just get a phone and we can sort it all out.....with apple, i would not worry about a thing, i have never ordered from att so no clue but i'm sure it will be all good!

it was so bizarre, random ones would pop up available then i would go back and check a color, honestly i don't really care what color it is and i'm a girl!
then with all of the confusion of which model to order, i think apple did us a favor!! haha!

For people still having issues with app, you have to click upgrade eligibility to get through. It takes you through a whole different route to order. I got through first time doing that when just clicking on preordering the phone failed multiple times.

Verizon orders are not going through at all.
Both via Verizon and Apple. WTF?!
Weird, i finally got through on the iPhone app but it said they couldn't get through to ATT servers and gave me a reservation #. They said they'll email me and i have 24 hours to complete the process.
they won't open the apple website store, so ridiculous.
