i got the same email...only with 64 gb.. what does that mean..they didn't charge me yet.

I would think they would charge when they ship it, so probably not yet. I'm hoping Apple is just trying to decrease the number of inquiries about order status.

I'm in the same position, except waiting for mine to head south. No import, no departure.
I'm happy to report that I received my 6+ yesterday and that it's not bent, there's no dust, there are no dead pixels, it has yet to pull my hair when making a call etc. So far it is not plagued with GATEitus.

Thanks! I did indeed get it yesterday and I'm loving it so far. The 6+ is definitely a large phone but I'm really liking it so far.

Both phones just got their arrival scans in San Antonio, Texas!! Finally, safely in my state. Now they just have to drive 3 hours south to have it delivered. I really hope the UPS guys drops off the phones in the morning tomorrow instead of having me wait all day

A question for you guys because you seem to know more than they know at att.
i want to add a line to my account at Apple.com for an iPhone 6 plus for instore pickup. Go get the phone, then bring it to att pay the etf, keep the phone and transfer my current service to it. Is the possible?
And why wouldn't you if you are prepaied to pay retail for the phone? $399+$325 eft=$724 vs $850 for a 64gb plus.
All this because Apple can't do next for instore pickup.

I've finally been scanned in at Los Angeles at 5:14pm.
