Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

Apple should reimburse the customers somehow. Free iTunes gift cards. Upgrade shipping. I don't know. SOMETHING.
 
Got thru but when trying to check out I am Getting error "your account is a market not supported by upgrades". WTF.
 
I am not sure if the Store is up now but the incognito trick worked for me. I just kept opening the store link in a new incognito tab and got through. I ordered a iPhone 6 64GB on T-Mobile and it will be available to pick up in store on 9/19.
 
Finally got through with the app unfortunantely it delivers October 1-6, 64gb space grey verizon full retail. Does anyone think that maybe apple is playing it safe with the mess up and possibly pushing dates back early and that we might get lucky?

I also got 3 of the reservations, I wonder how those will work if I can just order one of those and get it earlier that would be a nice surprise.

Looks like I'm off to my local Best Buy tomorrow morning now. Their site says they are not pre ordering iPhone 6 plus but i called my local BB and they said that they would be so I figure it will be worth a shot. Even if i get a preorder I will orly still line up super early the morning of the 19th because i do not trust BB and I wouldn't mind being one of the first to get it.

Hopefully tho the apple.com order dates change.
 
The store is not up here. 2:20 am and the store is still down. Still no T-Mobile in iPad app.

Yes, the servers are being slammed. But apple decided to roll out to 10 countries simultaneously. And Tim Cook said this would be the "mother of all upgrades". So they knew it was coming.

If you still can't get through, use this trick with Google Chrome.

- Go to Apple.com
- Right click on the "Store" link, and select "Open Link in a New Incognito Window."


You should be able to get right through. No idea why the hell it's done this way, but apparently apple stores the "we'll be back" page as a session on your browser and will keep showing you that, even if the store is no longer down. This is the best way to break that and get through.

Just ordered my T-Mobile 128GB iPhone 6 Plus Space Grey this way, even as Safari continues to show the store as down. Doesn't look like I'm getting it till October though. :mad:
 
I got through. Slow shipping though, saying Oct 1-6. I'll think it through the next couple days if I'd rather wait in line and I can always cancel.
 
Preordered through ATT premier. Got a confirmation number but it never reset my upgrade status. Just ordered another phone using the same upgrade on apples website. Weird. Doubt they both go through.
 
Don't give up guys! It's barely working on my Apple Store App off the iPad...

I just went to my buddy's place, cleared the cache, and went on Safari on my Macbook. Went right through!! October 1st Shipping or pickup on 9/19. Guess I'll be at the Boylston Store in Boston Next friday!

Need to cancel my AT&T Premier Order in the morning!

EDIT: i'm on the iPad app again. Just clicking around... Stores around me say 2-3 weeks for pickup. Using Safari on my MacBook, it's showing 9/19 availability. Just keep trying everyone!
