Any ideas when Apple support call center opens? i called but it's closed. I need to change the shipping address on my order, i can't afford to miss delivery on the release day!

Difficult to get through the website. I'm trying to cancel as I won't be back before Oct 4th
They've opened since 7am EDT... I've been on hold since I called at 7:02 until now. Had to change it my order to the correct billing address but my CC still showed the pending charge from Apple.

I ordered via the Apple Store App and selected "In-Store Pick Up" but when I got the email confirmation, it says delivery. I made sure to correctly select the store pick up option, and it showed my correct mall and everything. Why does it say delivery? Anyone have the same issue? Do you think we can switch it to in-store pick up at a later time?
After the apple store debacle last night (this morning?) I finally ordered my contract free 64GB Space Gray, estimated delivery date of 9/19. So I guess i didn't have to stay up and could have gotten a real nights sleep and still gotten the phone on time. lol.
Anybody know when we might start seeing tracking info? Just wondering what happen in years past

Last night could have been the biggest ecommerce moment in internet history. Not sure if there ever have been more passionate consumers amassed and ready to purchase a single item from a single company, ever.
So I got my iPhone ordered at 3:22 instead of 3:01. Good job Apple.

My iPhone 5 was overnighted, I got a tracking number on a Thursday morning and the phone arrived in the US on Friday afternoon.

The thing is, unless you wanted a Plus -- you could have just woken up and ordered with no issues 
For the 4th time now (dating all the way back to the 4 launch) there are stories of people getting screwed by NOT ordering through Apple.
When will people learn?
It's not always the easiest or fastest, but Apple.com/TheApp is the way to pre-order. Period.
My 6 and my brothers 6+ have been confirmed and charged. Wife is waiting to see if she wants a phone or a palm pilot.
Nothing better than having a delivery estimate from Apple instead of ATT or VZW. Who knows with those clowns? If you won't use Apple either don't have your heart set on a launch day phone or get ready to wait in line.
Happens every year. No idea why. Is it that much easier to want to risk it?
And no, I refuse to believe that people willing to wait until 1201 are really "ok" with weeks delays. They just say that to try and hide the disappointment...

So I just went back on the App and it shows iphone 6 in all sizes in Silver are available received by 9/19. Did Apple just add more stock, or will they really not be delivered by 9/19? All of them were not available when I went to pre order at 3am

I got my preorder in, received the email and checked it was all good online in my account status. All good.
Later today, a friend asked what my delivery date is. So I go back to check and upon trying to view my orders, I receive this error.

Takes a few minutes for it to go into your order history. Check back in 15-20 min.
Yup. Same here. I got the 16 GB, but I just woke up, rolled over, went on my iPad, and was through checkout in 5 minutes.
At least the boards were fun at 3 am?
Hmm... It's been in there for a three hours or so. It seems it's probably just Apple's website failing.

I may as well have posted before searching, don't want to spoil the newb image.
Ordered a 64 GB Space Gray at 3:21 and a Silver 64 GB at 3:32, both through the app for 9/19 with only minor annoyances. However, AT&T helpfully stripped out the East/West in my office address so now I've been sitting on hold with Apple for 25 minutes trying to fix it.
I think in the past it was around Monday for those coming from China, and sometimes as late as Thursday for those already sitting in your city.
