Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

So the day has finally come to get my 6 Plus, I waited 30 days to get. I had it delivered to the UPS store close to my job so i could get it early instead of waiting until i got off of work. I get my alert that it has been delivered to the UPS store. I get there receive my box notice that it has been opened (figured a custom check) I eagerly open my iphone box to get this. Do you notice what is wrong with this picture.

Omg this photo organizing horrible..im coming from android use to my photos in folders as to what i named them..how are you all organizing them

Awwwwww hellllll noooo!! Somebody would be having a very, VERY bad day if that happened to me. Hope you get to the bottom of it and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law!

I am very PO'd. Been on the phone with UPS and Apple. All I keep saying is im not waiting another 4 weeks.

I really feel bad and I would be furious. I wonder if the option to pick up at the UPS store caused the theft. More hands touching it, the more likely it has to get stolen. The UPS stores probably does not have the security like UPS.

I would check the weight and make sure when was the last time it weighed .50 Kg. If it did throughout the process, it would suggest that it was probably stolen at the UPS store.

Someone definitely stole it look at how dirty the box is
 
I wish I went with the Slate color now. I have the 128 att gold. I don't like the color.

Checked my order today and it now says "Delivers: Nov. 14 to Nov. 19" which is a week earlier. :D

Either wait times are dropping or they're just pulling my chain lol. We'll see!

Wait times are definitely dropping. I called Apple like a week before I go my 6+ and they are saying they are catching up really fast. Mine wasn't supposed to be delivered until 11/6-11/13 and I got mine 11/3 when I was supposed to get it 10/31. So yeah you might even get it earlier then that :) enjoy it. It's totally worth the wait.

Oh I will! This is gonna be my first white iPhone as well. I wanted one when the 4S came out but chickened out at the last minute and got black. Then with the 5s I stood in line hoping for a white one and they only had black on launch day. So this time I have no excuse as I'm ordering online and I really like how the silver one looks so I went for it. Just debating whether I want the brown or dark blue leather case.

Well I just got off the chat line with a service rep online and apparently the phone was released from Customs at 7:30AM today so there was no way it was gonna make it's way up to my local hub in Yucca Valley, much less make it on the truck for delivery. Hope this clears things up for those that have no status update from Ontario.

Anchorage Limbo

My iPhone 6+ is set to deliver 11/6 but has been stuck in Anchorage. Is Anchorage a holding place?
 
Team 10/10 I'm out. The UPS man just left and I finally got my 6 Plus. :cool:

It was scheduled for delivery today but I didn't think I would get it since it was in Alaska up until yesterday (and departed twice) but yeah looks like my time here is done. :D

It's been a wild two months but I guess I'll see you guys again when the 7/7S drops. :apple:;)

Mine didn't even make it to me and was apparently stolen somewhere in the transit within the UPS system. Filed a shipping investigation with Apple. Please keep us updated

Just brought mine home too! Makes my 5S look like a chump. Loving the bigger screen! I'm glad you finally got your phone. See you folks in a year or two!
