Apple.com 'Something in the Air' Teaser

not to be a downer, i'm as excited as the rest of you, and i like the new font, but does anyone else think it's a bad name?
 
Any estimates on when the keynote will be up on Apple.com? Afternoon is quite vague.

what does this image have to do with the USA?

i think the poster was trying to reflect how USA seems to get these sorts of things first. The website re-design was months apart for our two website, and considering you americans speak english, we should get the same images and product information as you!

Eh, maybe. I mean, I'm 100% sure it'll grow on people not like, oh, idk "Attack of the Clones" (throws up a little bit, yuck)

I'm sure we'll look back on this a lot like most people did on the whole MacBook thing and the iPod, as others have pointed out got blasted by the MR community with that name.

Well. Nice. My question is: What's right in the center of this picture? Right. It's the leaf of the 'Apple-Logo'. Ever thought of this being THEEEeee NEW, SPECTACULAR, MOST WANTED Apple-device itself - just vertikal - from a birds-eye-view...? (See form-factor of: PS3, New Iomega Drives e.g.)
So, what could it be...?

Maybe we will see updates to the much-neglected line of iPod socks!

I wonder how many MacBook Pros or MacBooks were purchased today from apple.com...
 
The name "iPod Sniffle" is pure guesswork on my part, but the product is a sure bet: an iPod Shuffle replacement with scent feedback, eliminating all need for a screen.

(Whatever it is can't be news as big as the touchscreen iPhone running OS X. So don't get your hopes up.)

Why is it assumed you'll have to wait to watch it... Because no time is given? Why can't it be a live stream?
 
Take Tuesday at work and get drunk tonight like I did last year. You'll sleep right through the night, and like magic, when you wake up everything will be revealed! :)
