Apple Contacting Some Early Apple Watch Customers: 'We're Working on Your Order'

Backtracking, backtracking, backtracking........
They have egg on their faces but we are expected to just lay down and take it. They created false expectation with the 24/4-8/5 window because basically it is either you're very lucky and get it on the 24/4 OR you'll get it right at the end on around 8/5. Apple seemed to have worked very hard to make sure there were a decent(ish) amount of deliveries on launch day but at the cost of deliveries being made between the 24/4-8/5.
The promise of deliveries being this week and next week seems to have been overstated.
A week Friday it is then I guess...... /sigh

Why is it that since Firday I haven't seen ANYONE from the UK have progress of any kind?? I've seen quite a few in N.America have progress but literally none on here from the UK.

Same watch zero hour + 9 minuets and nothing yet although I've heard that some people who placed orders for our watch zero hour + 5 hours had received it on Friday so wtf?!
Also, I was under the impression this was one of the less in demand models as the 24/4-8/5 delivery window seemed to remain on this model for quite some time after zero our as opposed to some of the other models that had 4-6 week windows imposed within seconds of zero hour but now I am seeing a lot of 42mm SS Classic buckle owners still waiting.....
PM/post here if you have some movement, I'll too, I have one more person I know for same watch waiting to hear and he'll pm if anything moves.
I'd be very very pissed, if I don't get it by this Friday.

Order confirmation for 42mm SS BSB received at 12:05:02 PDT on 4/10. Credit card charged yesterday at 8:16 p.m. PDT. UPS shipping notification received yesterday at 10:14 p.m. PDT for delivery from Apple in Mount Juliet, TN by end of day today. Received notification this morning that UPS has not received the package. Order status is still "Preparing for Shipment."
Located in San Francisco Bay Area.

I actually started my order at around 3:06am... but given I had multiple gift cards it took me a little extra time to get everything finalized. I wonder if the 3:06am start time is a better indicator of where I am order wise than the 3:19am confirmation email. Its at least worth considering.
Update: Just changed to preparing for shipment.

I ordered by phone - and was speaking to a rep at 2:01 Central. The order wasn't complete & submitted until 2:16 - or at least that's when I got my confirmation. (2:16:23)
Either way - you're beating me... LOL.
Damn. I ordered the same config at 3:16 AM EDT and still nothing. But at least we're starting to see more movement with the Classic Buckle.
That sounds great, I think the classic buckle was in short supplies for delivery on 4/24.
When did you get charged?
Outstanding! The first I've seen in the +0:05 bucket. I have the same watch confirmed at 01:05:45 MDT. I've been estimatimg mine will get here about 5/7 though that would put Apple well off their goal of filling all the orders in the 4/24 - 5/8 group on time.
Ah sorry, I'm still on processing as well, really hoping to get the watch this week, good thing for us is that, there is movement happening all around, so good chances our watches are on their way to us somewhere.

Yeah I would be the same if I am still in limbo come Friday but at the same time I am kind if resigned to the fact I'll have to wait almost two more weeks for it :/

finally shipped but UPS still doesn't have it
My order status changed to "Shipped" at 2:33 p.m. PDT today, but more than 3 hours later, it's still not in UPS' system. New delivery date is tomorrow. I'm doubtful. Oddly, I have two tracking numbers--one for the shipment that was supposed to go out yesterday and one for the shipment that is supposed to go out today.
