it's here!

Activation could take up to 48 hours though. But I can still use it except to make phone calls.
AT&T must be swamped!

It is now in Philly, which means it is only a few short hours away! Have to admit, after it sat in Hong Kong for 2 days I didn't expect it to make it. I'll give UPS and Apple kudos if it does! :)

I live in Philly, and mine was the same exact shipment as yours, the one that sat in "Import Scan" In Hong Kong....

I received mine at 9:30.

VERY impressed with UPS and Apple coming through after UPS first saying it would come monday

I signed for the pre-shipment option and left it on my door just in case I missed the UPS man...

NOTE TO ALL WHO PRE-SIGNED: UPS HAS BEEN INSTRUCTED NOT TO LEAVE THESE AT THE DOOR WITHOUT A LIVE SIGNATURE!!!

Maybe they shouldn't have left the pre-sign option on their site if it wasn't going to be available...

Luckily, I heard the door and answered just before he left. Phew!

Arrived at 10:00. Pretty cool. They came through.

Love my white 32gig :D

does anybody know if i will be able to port my number through itunes when i activate the phone or will i have to go to the att store or call customer services?

I am on hold now trying to port my number from Verizon.....I saw no way to do it in iTunes or online afterwards......

Mine was left at my door with the release form by UPS.

The driver has the final say as to whether to leave a package, regardless of whether the recipient presigns. If the driver feels the location is not secure, then the driver is not required to leave the package. This is stated on the form you signed.

My phone left Kentucky about 15 minutes ago and should be arriving in MD in 52 minutes.

Why am I still up? its nearly 5am.

Edit: still up, gonna crash really bad at work today. I don't care, I'm too much of a geek to not keep tracking.

Get a life dude.

i didnt have to sign anything to guy just handed me the box and said have a nice day. Usually even if it is sig required they just leave things in my area i just wasted a whole day waiting for nothing.

My driver always leaves every package by my front door and he has never had any issues with the shipment release authorization forms from Apple. He leaves the package and takes the form.

Not today for reason. He left the infamous yellow sticky note right next to the release form.

I was upset. I called UPS and told them I'd pick it up myself tonight. However, I got lucky, I happened to have another shipment coming from Amazon so when he came back with that box (how inefficient) he also brought the iPhone with him.
