Apple Director Jerome York Passes Away After Stroke

Could we please retire that ridiculous euphemism "passed away" once and for all? You'd think a company with as much taste as Apple demonstrates would have the balls to just say that Jerome York DIED. I mean, they might as well say "he's gone to Jesus" or "crossed into the great beyond."

They didn't say he passed away. They said "we are sad to announce the loss of..."

Well don't you think it's a little disgusting that some people find a man's death to be a positive thing?

This has been answered a billion times here...besides, who has REALLY said upfront that he is happy with the guy's passing? Positive or negative ratings may have totally different interpretations based on someone's principles.

AGAIN: Not everybody has to share one's own religious or moral beliefs.
