It's being sold by a third party so I'm guessing it is a "universal dock" however it's probably an after market one or a cheap knock off.

The Universal Apple Dock that is being sold on Amazon UK is an Apple product, its just an older model. I believe it was originally released in 2005 (ish)

The one that is being sold at RadioShack is a newer model that was released in 2007 with a remote.

The Radio Shack at Northtown Mall in Blaine, MN, had two in stock and I picked up one at $19.97. I was able to call and confirm stock in advance by referencing SKU # 1200399. YMMV.

Thanks OP! :)

Wow, when I posted this I didn't realize that many people would take advantage of the deal. Glad everyone was able to get a great deal on the dock.

The first one I bought had one of the inserts missing so I returned that one and had to drive to an other radio shack which had it in stock with all parts. Each Radio Shack only had one left so I got lucky.

It's a great deal, especially because it doesn't cause the iPhone to complain about incompatibilities, uses the iPhone's speakers if none are plugged in, and includes a remote for about what one (although newer generation) costs separately. Between that and the $50 iTunes cards at Walmart for $35, I spent wayyy too much last weekend. :)

FYI, this sale is still going on. Just picked up a second dock ($19.97) as well as the component cables for $30. The items are listed with their retail prices now however if you ask the rep to scan them, they'll ring up at the clearance price.
