Apple doesn’t want to include it on their new watches so they are going to gimp your current one. Sad too since it was a good feature. Apple just needs to make it more apparent in the OS.
I think Apple needs to get sued for this behavior. They reduced functionality of 3D-Touch on my iPhone 8 with iOS 13 significantly. No peek and pop, no slow, faster response in live-wallpapers. 3D Touch lost dynamics, although my device supports it. I want to be able to turn of haptic touch, and have the same experience as before!

What a bad decision from Apple. I have a iPhone 7 from work and still love, love how responsive 3D-Touch gestures are. Always enjoyed using it from the very beginning. I don’t think that the reason for removing it, is because many people don’t know about it. There are so many settings and stuff many people don’t know about it either. Latest case from a friend of mine: „Wow, now I understand what airdrop means. I always sent pictures and documents from my iPhone to my MacBook via email.“
Me: „...but you could have also just used iCloud to sync all of that“
Friend: „I thought iCloud is just for backups“ 🤯

I will really miss force touch as I really miss 3D Touch.
Hopefully they also remove force touch from the Trackpads as well, and go back to a mechanical click...so that everything is consistent again... /irony

I am not upgrading to watch os 7 because of this change.
