Apple has officially sold more iPad's than all the android handheld devices combined! BBC, Fox News and CNN are all reporting that 99.6% of the "android fanboys" will buy an iPad and the new iPhone this year. 
But that wasn't a magical and revolutionary device at an unbelievable price! Apple TV is just an overpriced gimmick locked inside Apple's walled garden, left featureless. Whereas the iPad... er...

I have more than a sneaky suspicion that irony barely registers on most Americans. Sarcasm is a form of irony, but it's just blunt and crude. A 200 year-old frontier nation relishes sarcasm, but the home of the mother tongue with it's cynical and self-deprecating society has a more finely-tuned humor meter. Don't argue words with someone whose profile reads Oxford.

Have you had a stroke? Any sources? How do they all got the 99.6%? Or is it just in your head? I thought so.

How does someone accurately poll the number of "android fanboys" buying a iPad?
Today's poll on CNN is "Are you preordering an Apple iPad?". The current numbers are 57,769-No (96%) and 2583-Yes (4%).
Not a hater here. Just not buying one because I cannot justify spending the money for any tablet computer. I would take one for free though.
If anybody should be laughed at, it should be you for buying a Mac to run Windows primarily on it. The jokes on you buddy, Apple got your money even though you had many more hardware options to run your lovely Windows 7 on.
Also, seeing as you replied to my post, I guess you that means you qualified yourself to fit every single word of my original post.
And it's also so much less. It has one less e-ink display to my liking. If you are comparing the iPad to the Kindle and say that the iPad is better, than you might be high too.
The Kindle is an e-reader and it does that well. The iPad and devices with that type of screen suck at reading e-books.

Ha ha, at least I know my audience. They look at my post and see that's them that fits the description. They willfully admit it.
Doesn't something have to be true to be considered a fact? Even in these forums? The iPhone outsold all Android phones last quarter. By a large margin.
Maybe people who ONLY do that stuff on a to-go device, like me. You obviously don't see the immense potential in this device. I guarantee you'll want one in the future, but for now you'll call people stupid for wanting it and call Apple foolish for releasing it.
Remind me, which company sold 500k units of which model of tablet PC? With customer and market understanding such as the above, there's probably a good reason why you aren't the CEO of a company making a multi-billion dollar profit.
Brilliant description. The GF's iPod Touch is used mostly for music, reading ebooks and web browsing at home (and not sitting at any desk). It never goes in any pockets. Display is too small for her even to be interested in watching youtube vids. And if I borrow it, I need my reading glasses to use the tiny display for any length of time.
The iPad will replace it 200%.
If 10% of iPod users have to squint to read the display, or didn't buy an iPod because using it would require stronger reading glasses than a regular size book, Apple already has a multi-million unit sales product with the larger iPad.
coming from someone that goes out of their way to post FUD about microsoft. non-apple topics still manage to get lots of hits, so some one is reading. Since when does it state that in order to have MAC OS X, you can't have any windows products?
My mother in law mentioned recently that she'll be buying an iPad. I know, whatever but the fact that she's never used a Mac in her life or followed the company or cared and now wants one? that's gold for Apple.
