Bit meh. All these so called pro analysts like Kuo and Gurman talking of new Apple Watch design, and new Apple bands with new attachment sizes and nope nadda. Just a spec bump. So another one they got wrong.

And the iPhone was totally expected with its spec bumps. Usual solid device you should really buy and keep for several years.

The never ending virtue signalling BS about their green credentials was arrogant insulting and boring cringe.

I think I'll hold on to my AW Series 6 for another year. I'm interested in the Ultra, but now I think I might wait for this rumored Apple Watch X.

I am not defending the presentation, as it was a bit boring. But, I think the days of apple surprising us are long over. With all the press leaks and speculation threads that we get on this and other sites, it’s gonna be very difficult for Apple to surprise anybody with anything. Back in the day, when they used to pull surprises, it was because they were far fewer leaks in the press. I will give Apple a pass on those types of things.

Wow, this was the most underwhelming presentation that I can remember!

Well - 3D video capture from iPhone 15 Pro Max is good.

Double Tap is really good and that was the "surprise" I guess. Pretty clever and cool feature.

If you are on a budget, you can wait - but I'll be upgrading all.


Oh - the Mother Nature skit was pretty good. Apple is indeed putting efforts to achieve Carbon whatever - so if that's a good thing, they are doing it ahead of schedule. That's probably a good thing, but it does go against human nature don't care attitudes. I view it as a good thing even though I do not buy into all of it.

Despite the fact that everything was leaked, i'm so dissappointed with both products and what apple became. What was that mother nature show? So dissappointed guys. I was planning to buy iphone 15 pro over iphone 8, now instead i will buy iphone 14 with discount.

They did show the tele lens is now a periscope, it’s just that it’s only 120mm, or 5x. Other phones like the Galaxy has had 10x for years now so Apple once again is years late to the party and arrived with no pants on.

Also, no mention of battery or screen improvements? They always improve the screens yearly, hard to believe they just recycled the 14 pro’s screen!!!😳

I figured the multi prisms that they demonstrated were the "periscope", but they didn't come out and say that.

You gotta hand it to them tho, it is quite a feat to take almost 90 minutes to present the updates for two watches, an Airpod case and two lines of phones.

That said, I do like the new 15 Pro a lot.

20 minutes was filled with cringe Mother Nature + Lisa in the Fields segment, the sequel to 2020's Lisa on the Roof.

This is why they should really do an event every other year. They can’t make anything exciting enough for yearly announcements. Go back to “S” series upgrades and only do events on even years.

I’m confused. 3nm chip - only 10% performance improvement and no battery life improvements at all? Did Apple reduce the physical battery size and rely on processor improvements to cover for the difference?

Neuronal engine is 2x. That means it will get more features in future than A16.
