They literally mentioned it with a 2 second blub about the feature called "clean up". Surprised they didn't spend more time on it (vs. say Samsung/Google Pixel phone commercials)

No, but you act like iPhone Pro isn't the best smartphone for video, by a lot. Everyone with a little knowledge in video knows it. So expensive equipment is for those who can afford it

Of course it's a decent phone for video. My point is that they're looking to hoodwink people into thinking that production teams with professional grade kit making music videos and films are suddenly binning all that kit to use iPhones when we all know that will never be the case.

I’m seriously considering just getting a 15 Pro Max to replace my 13 Pro Max. There really is little reason to get the latest iPhone any more. Updates are basically iterative and it may be better to just get a previous version.

The camera button, thermal performance, and battery are unfortunately huge to me. Going to make me spend the extra for the 16 pro even though I don't need the other features above a 15 pro.

This. Most influencers just use their phone with maybe an external mic and one or two lenses instead of the $1,500 "vlogger-friendly" mirrorless cameras that were trendy a few years ago, unless they're doing a fancy multi-cam studio setup.
