I'm hoping for a USB-C based iMac. The laptop line has had USB-C for years now.
It is time for a new iMac I have been waiting for 6 months for an update to buy one
I really need a new iMac and it just feels too close to a refresh to buy one now. I don't know how much longer I can hold out though :-/

Come to think of it, my 2011 24" iMac is really starting to drag a** lately. Keeping it on 10.9 to hold out as long as possible.

It's just a rumor. It doesn't mean that it will actually happen with 100% certainty. There are a lot of nonsensical rumors about what Apple will or will not do.
When will Apple finally release the iPad Kong version? It is rumored to be 4-feet by 6-feet and include wireless dinosaur tracking mode for better epic battles to the death. God knows we need it!
Dang, I wish I could find out something solid about the iPhone SE. I'm looking at replacing my 5c with a SE very soon and I'd definitely grab 128GB over 64GB, especially if it's the same price.

The invites will probably go out later this week, the event will probably be held next week. New iPad's are expected and I can't seem just using a press release to announce them. It also depends if they have other products to announce as well, iMacs and MacBooks I think will be left until later in the year except for the 12" MacBook which will probably get a small spec bump and the option of 16GB Ram on a high end model (according to Ming Chi Kuo).
Hard to believe they would release a new iPad size with a press release.
They're coming. Don't think they aren't just because they haven't. In the meantime, continue to hold your breath.
The problem with Apple lately is that even you have your excitement turned to a low you properly still get disappointed.
Still waiting for a decent iMac upgrade that is up to future needs with an extended keyboard too. I make many shortcuts for frequent tasks with the numeric keypad as most of the other keys already hold functions. Since Apple is making it's keyboards without numeric keypad it's hard to do my job on it anymore. So Apple, please listen: No form over function anymore! Or give your customers a choice instead of pushing them to other vendors.
Will they ever offer a backlit keyboard for the iMac? I don't care if it's wired, but it should be backlit!
