Yes! But, hmmmm, it'd have to be maybe 5 or 6 inches thick, but hey, still portable!!! It'd be like a portable with a built-in desk...

Nothing unexpected. I'm very disappointed that the keyboard and mouse have normal AA batteries, and it's a one button mouse.

I'm quite dissapointed with the Bluetooth mouse, especially. They keyboard is ok though, other than the fact that it's essentially an eMac keyboard. The battery life on both (especially the keyboard) is pretty impressive. I was hoping for at least a 2 button scrolling mouse, but no, Apple won't think different about their mouse for once.
I'll be sticking with my Microsoft Bluetooth mouse, and probably keyboard too.

I would jump all over an Apple wireless mouse with 2 buttons and a scroll wheel.
The reason they don't do it- to keep 3rd party manufacturers making products, including mice.

why make something that already exists????? if you don't like one-button, get the other brands.. simple.....
i just placed order for a 15" 1.25 with the upgraded 80gb (5400RPM) hard drive.....

If apple makes a product- It's ussually better (or functions with less headaches) than a third party product. Thats why I would prefer to buy an Apple product.
Take the iPod and iSight as examples.
But your right- third party will always have what we need and it's good to support them as well.
Ordering a 12 with an iPod in a few minutes!
(Also got a 20GB refurb iPod wich should ship this week as well.)
Why? Because theres only one other brand that makes a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard...Microsoft! And there's very little support for it on Macs (the extra buttons don't work). Usually Apple does a better job at these kinds of things, except when it comes to mice and sometimes keyboards.
