There’s a source that’s just using last year’s dates with 2025 as the year. All the LLM’s keep referencing it. It’s wrong. It’s likely to be November 12th.
wish it was Nov 1 like all the other retailers. want to try out the vision pro for a while. darn you Timmy, taking a week away from us

Just order your gifts from other places. It's what I did. Tired of Apple acting like they're sooooo special. Every other retailer has already begun holiday return policies but Apple is still doing some random ******** date that nobody knows until they announce it. Don't give them money for that.

if you have some orders pending delivery showing Nov 12 or later, you will find it
so Nov 12 should be the date as someone mentioned in this thread

Apple hasn't done anything wrong.
Nobody said they did. They don't even need to offer a return policy at all. But when other retailers are generous (and predictable, consistent) with their return policies, why buy from Apple? Where some wack job decides a seemingly random date in November that changes literally every year, as opposed to the sensible way every other major retailer does it?

Proof my friend? Did you recently order a new Mac, iPhone or iPad from ?

It’s Veterans Day and still no mention of holiday returns on Apple online store.

Come on apple I want to play with the Vision Pro for 2 months
I believe that it is precisely because the AVP2 has been recently launched that they are delaying the holiday returns. There will be a number of people like you who will just buy and return after 2 months

I have two watch bands that are arriving tomorrow - 11/12. When I checked their return eligibility, it said January 8, 2026. However I also ordered a watch that will be delivered to the store on 11/13 and there is no mention of a return date. So I’m not sure what Apple’s extended return plans are. I wish I knew.

Can confirm holiday return policy starts tomorrow Nov 12 because my order arriving tomorrow is showing return window extended to January 8, 2026

I am extremely doubtful that Apple is concerned about a handful of people returning AVPs, as that will be several orders of magnitude smaller than the size of the holiday sales boost. For that to be a logical concern you’d have to believe that for every AVP return, which will be re-sold as refurbished anyways (so maybe a $500 loss), Apple somehow wouldn’t lose $500 worth of sales to other retailers during this holida season. That seems incredibly unlikely.

We finally have screenshots and words from our friends proving that online delivery orders also qualify for the extended policy!

If you bought the item from an Apple Store, please check your receipt to see if it has the extended policy mentioned. Usually, it’s displayed on the receipt before the subtotals. (I used my old e-receipt as an example, when the holiday return policy was in effect last year )

That’s why I don’t trust chat gpt when it comes to looking up holiday return policies. Only for reference purposes

Yeah because what sane human being would spend over £3000 on a vr headset. I have money but I also know the value of money, so yes I can play with a toy for a few months

vision pro not available for delivery until Dec 1. Tim Cooks us again
