So using blackmail to try and affect the outcome of a process of the law, is that the american or the Apple way?

So you think that the Chinese courts are fair and don't operate under the influence of the government? If they were, you would be correct that this would be a bad thing. But that's not the case.
 
The company makes computer monitors. So far, I haven't managed to find one that is actually referred to as "IPAD" (the trademarked name is IPAD, not iPad).

You didnt look hard enough. There's a picture of a monitor with IPAD on the the bezel in this thread.
 
I'm sorry but you cannot in any way compare China to Korea and definitely not Japan,so no their are no similarities.

Err justperry hit everything pretty much spot on. Its not about similarities now but the respective countries growth over time. If anything it is economics you learn in like Econ 102.
