OK I jumped in the train of updates.... Couldn't help it....
It worked OK. Watch Series 2 42mm Sports.
Now I feel better that everything seems fine.

you mean I can finally get that stupid badge App icon to go away? That's about the only exciting thing about this update...

Series 2. Updated from 3.1.1 to 3.1.3 with no problems. Seemed to take a little less time than previous updates, as well.

Updated my series 2 from 3.1 without issues.
Sounds crazy, but it actually feels a bit more responsive :)

On a side note: complications that never showed at reboot (had to press the black empty screen where they should be to show them) are now present at reboot.
So something is different :)

My S0 doesn't connect to home wifi when Bluetooth is off on my phone. However, it will connect to the wifi at the Apple Store. Help?

Does this support 10.2?

I am not updating to 10.2.1 because I want to escape Apple's walled garden.

This also happens to me. Reset Network Settings temporarily fixes it as it makes the network configuration to be resynced to Apple Watch.

lol delay on my end? what did i do? haha:D

It could be the update hasn't registered through your internet server or the update isn't available as it should be. You could turn off your wifi and re-enable to determine if this helps to push the update.

Open up watch faces to third party devs... your digital watch faces are extremely lacking. Also make it so that more then one playlist can be synced to the watch... it's supposed to be a decent running device, currently it's crippled by some easy to fix software issues.

Not showing for me either. Rebooted both phone and Watch...nada. Still shows as 3.1.1.
42MM SS 0.

Just updated my 42mm Series 0 and now it doesn't show contact names when I get a message. Tried to Reset Sync Data in settings but nothing seems to be happening. Doesn't make the watch unusable in any way, but it's a bit annyoing.

Weirdly this finally worked for me.. First time it's worked.

  • With your iPhone connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and with your watch close by and connected to your iPhone by Bluetooth:
    • On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Wi-Fi.
    • Tap on the "i" icon at the right hand side of your current Wi-Fi connection's entry.
    • On the next screen, tap on Forget This Network - allow a few moments.
    • Then, with a short pause in between, disable and re-enable Wi-Fi using the toggle at the top of the Wi-Fi screen.
  • Reconnect your iPhone to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
    • If you have a hidden network (ie the network name / SSID is not broadcast), choose to add the network via "Other", then enter the network name, encryption type and password.
  • After your iPhone has reconnected, allow a short time for the information to be shared to your watch.
  • Test your watch by placing your iPhone into Airplane Mode (via the Control Center or via Settings > Airplane Mode).

Will be updating shortly and report back

Bad move. No matter how many people successfully update, we know that there will be some that fail. If it was completely successful, half the people here would have seizures over nothing to moan and groan about.
