Just a brief counter argument here, but our car disables some functions on its entertainment/GPS/phone/messaging/ai assistant unit, or whatever you want to call it . This means some services cant be used while driving for those that feel the need to. A day might come where facetime/video calls might be disabled automatically when your vehicle is started.

Even if you are on the passenger’s seat?

Skype also offers no such safety warnings. YouTube doesn’t either. Analog portable TVs never came with a warning.

Why on earth would you need someone else to tell you that you can’t look at a video when you’re supposed to be looking elsewhere?!
Some people just don't have common sense.

i didnt see any posts from you which are peer reviewed articles from experts in the field
what you have posted instead are wikipedia articles and opinion pieces neither of which carry any weight in a discussion
i agree it is a waste of my time to continue discussing this with you as you make claims but refuse to back them up with peer reviewed articles written by experts in the field
i will continue to answer hands free calls while driving like i have since i got my first Bluetooth many years ago since you are unable to back your claim up

Here are some peer reviewed studies on risks and perceptions:
