Apple has cancelled my order

Does anyone think theres a chance to re-order this with the same shipping date?

I purchase every Apple product including my watch via my company (a fully licensed US S-Corp). My debt, credit and checking accounts all have my company name on it but i'm the primary signer so I just put my real name and leave out my company 99% of the time when purchasing something. It's all the same just and extra filled. I don't need Apple or any business calling me after to upsell me on a product cause i'm a Company. But, just call back and say you're the company owner and its for you. It really shouldn't matter if the money is coming from a personal or business account.
 
You will only get Apple to ship to a freight forward when the company is new and they are not aware of the address or you can fool then without using your client "code" (the one that identify the package is yours).

Most freight forward if not all have a special address you can use for shops that won't ship to regular address, next time ask about it.

Honestly give it a try, i was able to keep my original ship date last year for the 6 plus when they cancelled my order due to problems with my international card.
 
There may still be hope

Just had a call from Apple who "inadvertently" cancelled my order and have reinstated it with original shipping dates

Lots of people in Ireland seem to be getting calls from Apple saying they are reinstating their orders! Very strange. No call for me yet, but my order status online says Processing.

Did they reinstate straight away?

My reinstatement is with "order management" and they said it would be reinstated within 48 business hours, so by Tuesday hopefully.

Great. Did you do anything? What did they exactly say and where does it ship now?
 
I just got home from work to two missed calls and a voice mail saying they inadvertently cancelled and will be reinstating it

I didn't do anything after they cancelled it. This is a nice surprise after some disappointment. Hopefully the rest of you will be getting a call

Did you have to change the shipping adress? So are they now allowing shipping to pickup adresses?

My order is still cancelled. I wrote an email of complaint on Friday to Tim Cook personally.

Today I received a call on behalf of Mr Cook which basically said that it is a company decision and no exceptions are made.

Now comes the strange part:
I've received an email from "Apple Online Store Executive Relations" which said that I could not be contacted and the matter needs to be discussed over the phone. I've received a direct dial number which am going to call on Monday.

Nope all the original details.

Looks like they automatically cancelled all orders then went through them to find legit purchasers

I use a popular freight forwarder, shipping address in the Belfast area in Northern Ireland (UK) and they forward it to the Republic of Ireland

Great news :) I wonder what made them change their minds. Probably too many orders got cancelled, so tim had to step in.

I'm based in ireland and too received the call< i asked where they reinstating all of the cancelled orders and they said yes, and they will be with original shipping dates. I hope you receive a call about your order
 
I've just received a call from Apple Ireland.
The guy has said that my order is going to be reinstated with original delivery dates and he has thanked me for contacting Apple's executive team. He has also mentioned that the executive team will monitor my watch till it delivers.

Feeling happy now :)

Great news! But I do find it funny that apples executive team will be monitoring ur watch until u get it. Just made me chuckle.
 
Wow! My order was also cancelled and now there's hope again! :D

Just send Apple an e-mail to ask if my order can be reinstated. I'm really hoping that they do... I was looking to my orderstatus in the Deliveries app and then it updated from "46 days" to "cancelled" :(
