Apple has cancelled my order

It's back

just got a call from Apple. The cancelled order was "suspect" because I'd changed shipping address a week ago. They claim they sent me an email which I never got, before they canceled the order. Thank goodness I hung in through different CS reps to find one to help!
It's back! Processing with same date of shipment.
 
I ordered Apple Watch Sport 42mm with White Sport Band after two mintues from starting the pre-order on 10th April and status as of today is "still processing". My order was cancelled previously bc of forwarder address but reinstated silently.

Anyone still facing this issue ?
 
I checked with apple on the chat link and now they say they cannot deliver to forwarder address !!!!!!

What delivery estimate did you have? If it's not cancelled and just processing I wouldn't be worried. If you're in the 27/4-8/5 group.

I'm in 12/5-28/5 group and using a forwarder and it's also still processing. But if they cancel it I will just call them and change to another address and reinstate my order.

Am in the 24/4 - 8/5 group. Since nothing was done for my order and still showing processing. Am fraid it would be cancelled if i dont change the address.

anyone got a watch using forwarder address ?

I've received mine today using a forwarder address. :)
 
After all the drama, I ended up cancelling my own order from Germany yesterday.

Cool that it worked nice for some already though. I wasn't in the frontline of orders so I'd have a while to wait, so just decided to wait for the 2nd wave altogether.
 
Hi! I've ordered a 38mm Space Gray Sport model on the deutsch Apple Store but I live in Italy. For now nothing is happen to my order. :( :confused:

What's the delivery estimate? I think the 38mm Space Gray takes long to ship..

I ordered a steel with black sport band with May 12-26 estimate, and it just went into preparing for shipment today. So it will probably be delivered to my forwarder tomorrow or Monday (Friday is holiday in Germany), so I will probably have it Thursday next week :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Hi jafingi. The delivery estimate is June. I read about some ETA changes in other threads but I don't know. Anyway do you think I will have any problem with the deliver to the forwarder (Mailbox.de) from Apple?
I like the Space Grey color but if I have to wait too long I change my :apple:Watch model. What do you think?

I think you will get it much sooner. Probably by mid May at most. I use mailbox.de too and my order has not been cancelled and is now about to ship. As far as I remember, the starter of this thread also used mailbox.de and received his watch earlier this week :)

So just stay calm! You'll receive it before June.

Yeah! You calm me about the forwarder (I remember but I needed more reassurance) and I'll be patient for my order (like before :) ). Thank you Sir!

EDIT: I forget. I ordered it on 4/27 :)

3-order reinstated silently after few days
4- order cancelled by Apple again

Before i used to order smoothly but now there are so many issues with the watch order. What is apple trying to do ?

Do you live somewhere the watch isn't released yet? Supposedly Apple's been cracking down on mail forwarding places. They want the watch shipped directly to YOU.

It always make me nervous when people have their orders cancelled :eek: But my Watch is currently in "Processing for shipment", so I believe I'm safe.

Which country did you order it in? The US store?

Yes. Its not yet clear what apple stand in forwarder addresses in EU. Some say bc of many complaints, Apple reinstated the orders and called the customer while others say apple doesnt deliver to mail forwarding places anymore !

My watch is shipped to a forwarder. Delivery Monday, and can see my serial number in the support profile.
