The complainers and their quotes were completely fabricated by your imagination lol its not real. You just made it up in order to dismiss any criticism of Apple. Have any real world examples of these contradictory haters or is it all just your shower arguments turned forum posts? I suspect it's the latter ;)

Nice try, but I have already dismantled your original post. If you think those statements are contradictory, then you believe consumers should pay for apple's legal damages. Now in addition I am saying that not only were you defending apple but the evidence you provided to dismiss criticism was just completely made up by you. You have nothing aside from a vivid imagination.

So you are left with two options:
1. Disagree that consumers should pay for apple's legal damages which invalidates your original post because the statements would no longer be contradictory to you.
2. Agree that you just made up the quotes in order to make complainers look contradictory to dismiss their criticisms against apple which = you were just defending apple.

I explained my position. All you can say is goal post moving because you have no real argument. I didn't move the post, I won that game and now I'm playing another. The reality is you never had a point because your entire argument was built on fiction. I'll leave you alone now though, thanks for playing!

I'm finished with back and forth with OP but since you need a little extra help I'll explain it for you one last time. If you label someone who thinks apple should pay up for infringing patents a "apple hater/complainer" that is defending apple. Additionally the quotes he made up and claimed are contradictory is actually just a strawman (google it), so it's easily dismissed on that alone.

Here's a TLDR for you: He tried to defend apple with a poorly thought out strawman argument and I called him out. I'm sure he thanks you for your service.
 
Apple needs to pay up and move on. It does sound like the “borrowed” someone else’s technology.
