I don’t understand why people don’t take advantage of the return policy. It’s there for a reason.
Not happy with it… return it. Simple as that.
Sorry, not dramatic enough. Gotta blow it out of proportion instead.

And the saddest part is, you believe every word...The already offer a refund if you don’t like what it does. Empowering the government to force corporations to refund, fix or replace something (other than for safety reasons) is simply an over reach that should NEVER EVER happen in a free market system! That is the difference between Australia and the US…. That kind of garbage is a government over reach here! Over there where they can take your freedoms and rights away at will is different…
And there is that two week return period, where you get to vote with your dollars.
I think more like for lawyers to make money. The "class" that is represented doesn't see much, if any, gain.lol yeah these suits are really just to mar the company name in mud.

True, but suit was filed in the US, where there is a two week return period.yea...but remember, this is not available world wide and believe it or not people in places like Vietnam and Ghana pay just as much as Americans for Apple products but they do not benefit of this "no questioned ask return in 2 weeks" policy or even their callback and repair program

It has to be accepted as a class action first. Filing a suit as a class action doesn’t mean it will be accepted.yeah , but if he does that in the US everyone world wide will benefit because companies in general will make sure products leave the production line as good as possible.
