That's an awesome deal for sure. Wouldn't be so sad if Star Trek was $10 like the HP collection. :D

This is a really good deal. I've actually never seen a movie deal on itunes before

It's not a big surprise that this is US only. Shame though.

The international pricing on movies is a bit ridiculous at times.

As an example, the $10 bucks you pay for all parts of HP, is pretty much the same price we pay to rent one of the parts. At least we can rent Risky Business for about 1 dollar, as movie rental of the week. lol

James Bond

Just got the LOTR and Harry Potter collections. Everything else is too expensive.

Wish they had the entire James Bond collection though - would buy that in a heartbeat!

To be fair, it's a pretty big surprise to me, in the US. As someone who has nearly zero interest in the Harry Potter series, I jumped on all eight in HD for $10.

Im willing to strongly bet all of the $9.99 bundles are price mistakes. Sales on iTunes are good, but never this good.

The Harry Potter bundle was on sale for $59 a few weeks ago.

I'd buy this morning just in case.

When I go there I only see a pathetic Jurassic Park movie bundle for £13.99 (SD) which I can buy from Amazon for £8.

Not exactly a very compelling offer.

I never buy movies from iTunes - more expensive than a DVD and less flexible! Ridiculous.

DVD, people still buy those?

Picked up Harry Potter, LOTR, The Matrix and Lethal Weapon. My only complaint is the LOTR movies aren't the extended versions but being able to always access them on my Apple TV and any other idevice outweighs that gripe.

Is LOTR the extended editions? How much?

Is it just me but its not letting me purchase the TLRT right now. Had no problem with Harry Potter Matrix and Lethal Weapon

Apple is currently holding a sale on movie bundles in the iTunes Store, offering heavy discounts on collections of both SD and HD versions of films. The bundles include film collections of popular franchises such as the Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Spider Man.

Last week, Apple launched movie support for iTunes in the Cloud in eight new countries, including Japan and Italy. The service was first launched for music in June 2011 in the United States, with movie and TV show support in March 2012.

I'm curious, when you buy one of these "bundles" from iTunes, do the movies show up independently in your library, or do they appear as one movie that you click on to open and show the individual films - like TV series do with individual episodes now? In other words, if I were to buy the Harry Potter bundle, would the image in my library be the cover for the bundle or would all eight individual movies be there?

Maybe this is a mistake "item being modified - try again later"

Just successfully purchased the LOTR trilogy, but could not purchase Harry Potter. Got the message "this item is being modified, please try again later".

So either the prices are a mistake and they are going to "fix" this, or their servers are being overwhelmed by the demand.
