When will people get it through their heads? The iPhone is a smash hit because of its simple, elegant and intuitive user experience, NOT because it's overrun with popups, animated clocks, scrolling tickers, 3D calendars, 4000 icons, etc. It's a phone, not a Windows Vista desktop.

I for one, hope they unlock the FM radio in the iPhone's! Having suffered through a nice earthquake, having my phone with a FM radio would be so great to have.
The only thing I really want is for them to add an LED to the phone top so I can tell that I have an email waiting or a text message without unlocking the phone. I hate coming back to my phone and having to hit the power button just to see if I have a message. Almost every phone has a notification led, why doesn't apple. Its a big feature I've been missing since switching from my blackberry and old android phone.
This will never happen.
I do think they'll add a notification system in iOS 5, but they're not going to clog the OS down with a ton of widgets and such. Apple has always strived for minimalism, and that's definitely part of what makes their products so great.
