QUESTION: At the Apple store can you pay with 2 cards in one transaction? ie: debit card AND a credit card?

I want to pay my MacBook half debit and half credit.

I wouldn't count on it. There was a comment back a few pages that pointed something out on the apple website that indicates that only the MB and MBP will be updated. I confirmed it and it does look that way. So, don't get your hopes up.

That's just a Macbook Air with the word Air 'photoshopped' out if you will. I could do the same thing in 5 minutes, it's not difficult.

I guess this is pretty good news about the new laptops and all, since I've BEEN WAITING SINCE BEFORE THE FRIGGIN SANTA ROSA MBP to replace my final generation Powerbook G4, now definitely on its last legs...

That's how they're shipped

I believe it is to help protect the screen during shipping and/or to keep dust out of the keyboard.

The paper is there so as not to give a reference point for the placement of "MacBook" compared to the keys. If it showed the keys, it would be obvious that "MacBook" isn't centered because it originally said "MacBook Air".

This is also the reason for the close-up shot in the whole clip. We'd be able to see that it's not centered.
