More seriously, though, it's strange to me that Apple now withholds specific software features in iOS releases for unspecified reasons. Not even Microsoft does this.
Microsoft withheld the Windows 7 start-menu that everyone loved, as well as Movie Maker, Windows Media Player (as a music organizer), and Photo Gallery. It even withheld the classic old games like Solitaire

Yup. Now one has to go through all sorts of sketchy ad founded apps in the MS store to get back something that used to just be there. I hope Apple won’t go down this route, but I think it’s just a matter of time.
