I'VE SAID IT BEFORE..... I think this is why they changed the caller ID picture on iOS 7 to the small circle icon. It's because this is how your contacts will be displayed on your iWatch. Also,it's how you'll be able to scroll through and dial a favorite contact from your iWatch. Just simply touch their small contact pic.

I doubt Apple would book the 2,500 seat Flint Center (where the original Mac was announced) if they were trying to lower expectations. If they were doing that they would have held the event on Apple's campus like they did last year with the 5s/5c.

It's all hype. You'll get a bigger screen on the iPhone and NFC. Both which have existed for years in the other ecosystems. You may also get a watch.
